June 2024, Update to my previous review. Raymour had a service technician fix the recliner at no charge. Technician was very nice and professional.

Purchased a recliner exactly 2 years ago for $670. Already tearing in 2 spots where you sit. Called the store and asked to have a manager call me, no response. Crap furniture. Don't waste your money.
So they responded as you see at the bottom of my complaint. They asked for photos, said they would see what they could do.

The salesperson greeted me at the showroom and immediately found the size and type of furniture I was seeking. The pricing was reasonable and she answered all questions succinctly to my satisfaction.

Had a great experience buying my living room set from the Warwick outlet! Xavier Johnson is a very professional and personable consultant to work with! He made our time picking out our furniture very relaxing and exciting at the same time!

The sales person, Ariana met us at the door, introduced herself and showed me where to look for what I wanted. She allowed us to browse without interruption and after a reasonable amount of time asked if I had any questions. She did a lovely job of answering questions, finding us comparable products and checking for availability. She did a great job.

My sales person, Chris was great. He was not pushy at all. It was also great to talk with him on just about any subject. Because he was super nice and not pushy, I went back 2 weeks later and purchased the sofa I was looking at, from him.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted and asked what I was looking for. I was there to look at mattresses and showed the salesman a picture on my phone of the bed I was looking for. He showed me right to the bed I was interested in and I was satisfied with what I wanted. He quickly took my information and had a date set up for delivery. Fast, quick, good service.

it was quick and easy; however, it was not mentioned that the old furniture would not be taken away. So, it has been a bit of a scramble to figure out how to dispose of it. Charitable organizations will not take furniture if there are pets in the house.

I was greeted by Lisa, as soon as I walked in the door! She introduced herself and asked if i needed anything?? She was great at showing the recliners I was interested in!! Bingo!! I ended buying one! A beautiful recliner/rocker!! Can’t thank her enough for guiding me in the right direction and being knowledgeable in her guidance.
