Amilcar Berganza was a very pleasant and helpful salesperson

They have the worst delivery team I have ever seen in my life. They brought me a bed with a light that didn’t work and a mirror with a nice scratch. But the best part of all was the huge scratch left in my hardwood floor. I was told by two contractors it would never look the same unless I redid my entire upstairs . Well I opted for the cheaper option and the supervisor never returned my calls. He wouldn’t even pay for the cost of the wood because I am using my own wood. You are rediculus raymour. You lost a business professional. If you had just sent me a check that was reasonable and made things right I would have dropped it. You should really fire your delivery supervisor he is an animal and rude.

Left us alone when we wanted to be left alone but was there when I needed her there.

Laura was great to work with. She took her time with us and there was no pressure. She really wanted to understand what we were looking for. We also asked her opinion on several things and she had good advise. The prices are good but Laura was great. We would highly recomend Laura to friends.

Our salesman, Xavier ( I remember it as Isaiah.... going with wife's recollection), made our buying experience a very pleasurable and informative experience. No pressure, just plain helpful.
I'll definitely seek his assistance with any future furniture purchases.

I purchased items that were currently in stock. They were delivered on the first business day after ordering online. On the day of delivery, the delivery person gave a 3 hour window on timing. He arrived during the first 20 minutes of the window, was courteous, neat and very efficient. I am very satisfied with the furniture and with the delivery!

After searching around the many choices of living room sets, Shawn explained the quality, the different options, and what Raymour & Flanigan’s warranty was of the ones I liked . He was very thorough and patient with my questions and I felt confident my purchase of furniture would fit my needs. I would highly recommend Raymour & Flanagan for their selection of furniture and their sales team!
