Thanks to my wife's research, we were pretty clear on what we wanted when we arrived at the Waterbury store, but Asia Gary's good spirits and quick perception about how she could add to our knowledge and guide our decision was invaluable. We were so happy that we met her just as we walked in. We are looking forward to our two new chairs as soon as they are available.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Heather Bell (her name has a great ring to it). I knew exactly what I was looking for and SHE knew exactly where to find it. It was an amazing stress free interaction and sale. She explained the protection plan with expert knowledge and answered all my questions.
A quick escort to the counter and I was all set.
It’s not everyday you can purchase an item in a furniture store within half a hour.

I only purchased Raymond and Flanagan furniture. Cynthia Dugay was very helpful. With covi I was a little worried visiting the store Cynthia was very professional and keeped her distance answered any questions we had. Very knowledgeable.

Heather Bell was very patient and kind to our children while we were looking for a new bed. She was a knowledgeable friendly happy and helpful and I would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a mattress or furniture. Thank you Heather.

On time, courtesy, and professional

Francisco, the salesperson greeted us with a big smile as soon as we walked into the show room. Once we had stated what we’re interested in lookin at, he brought us right over to the existing pieces he had and he took the time to go over other options and financial options as well. He spent quite a deal of time with us, was through and knowledgeable, and couldn’t have been more polite. Exceptional service and experience with Francisco. However, horrible experience with Luis, store manager. We asked Francisco if he will honor a coupon of 20% from your competitors. Should be noted that we spent nearly 30K at Raymour & Flanagan during 2013 and 2016. Unbelievable what Luis said to us “I would give you the 20% discount when the store changes its name to Luis Furniture”. Very disappointed. Won’t be coming back!!

I love our new couch. It's perfect! Delivery was fabulous! Great price.

Excellent online order experience. Customer Service provided a fast and thorough response to questions. Delivery was on time, and went very smoothly. Delivery associates were both respectful and personable.

You guys charge me $1000 extra I was told manager was gonna call me back but never did all of my furniture I buy form you

They had the perfect blend of knowing when to let us just look and knowing when we were ready. Both my husband and I are extremely happy with this experience and will be coming back for future purchases. We will definitely recommend your store to our friends.

Laura helped me with a living room , bedroom and mattress selection in the Waterbury location. My friend came with me and she helped her choose just the right mattress replacement after 30 year use of her current mattress. She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and I was so comfortable with her style of sales. I did not feel “pushed” or “manipulated” at all. I normally never look forward to dealing with sales personnel but it was a great experience. She obviously has a job to do but she does it while putting the customer at ease with no high pressure sales pitch. I would most certainly work with her again.
