We had a very pleasant and successful experience when we visited the Raymour and Flanigan store in York PA. It was all due to the excellent salesman, Carl B., who was personable helpful and efficient. We look forward to enjoying our purchase for many, many years to come.

Carl, our salesman, new what he was talking about, made us feel very welcome from the start and we felt no pressure during the entire experience. Will definitely come back when we need more furniture and we’ll ask for Carl.

You had the best quality furniture and great prices. You far exceed Home Interiors and Laz-Boy on your selection, quality and pricing. We were glad we were able to purchase our furniture and stayed within our budget. Rachel was a wonderful sales associate. We were able to browse throughout your store and not feel pressured. She periodically checked on us to see if we needed assistance. I wouldn't definitely buy your furniture in the future if we needed more.

Rachel was very helpful. She took her time with my wheelchair bound Mother. Very professional and kind.

Kettly Gedeon (The service representative) worked hard to resolve both payments and delivery date issues. She made and received several calls and emails to get the job done.

The R&F webpage was malfunctioning on delivery dates and We just returned from abroad & had not yet alerted our credit card company which caused mass confusion. She was great!

Karl is a great and knowledge sales person. We bought a lot of items at Raymour & Flanigan because of him.

Finance option is solid. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

However the parking lot needs work. There is alot of piles of poop all over it. Kinda gross.

Matt spent a good deal of time with us to make sure we got exactly what we were looking for!

Our Saleman, Carl, was absolutely awesome. He knee exactly what we needed and what we were looking for. He actually cared about us. Genuine, professional and honest. I will be shopping at Raymore and Flanagan again soon!

Carl, was awesome! I had some issues/concerns about prior furniture that I had bought and he was pleasant and fourth right and assisted me with my needs. Very good experience here.
