I absolutely love the cotton minis. Such a huge variety of colours. I ordered the 2kg random pack. I received 13 balls of skin tone and a good mix of colours, most were 4 balls of each. My only disappointment is that as well as ordering the 2kg box, I also ordered a 10 pack of skin tone minis! I now have 23, plus the two I'd previously bought!! I'd love to know if the boxes are prepacked so the picker just has to pick one up, or if a packer chooses which colours to put in there. Just curious 🤔. Will happily recommend Readicut. Once I've ploughed through my mountain of minis, I'm sure I'll be back again.

Just buying one lot of brown to repair a readicut rug which I made 50 years ago. Quick response.
NB - If like me you bought rug wool years ago you will find the bundles are a lot smaller. Fine for me as I am only repairing.

I only ordered a catalogue so nothing much could go wrong with that!

I’ve sent three emails and had no reply. I telephoned and ordered some wool and it didn’t come I called again and finally received the wool but it wasn’t what I asked for. Impossible to deal with.

The ordering and delivery was fine, however the product description online and the delivery note did not match what was sent
I.e. the balls of wool were marketed as 4oz but when they arrived they were 3oz which means if you are planning a project, the quantities will be wrong. Spoke to them and they apologised and said they would send me another ball of each colour and amend website and delivery notes for future

My parcel arrived early. In perfect condition. Redicut price was very reasonable

Today request details of how many packs of No 86 Royal Blue I will need to purchase to complete a 60cm X 40cm Rug.

My order hasn't arrived at all, I emailed Readicut first thing Monday morning but have still heard nothing back, now this is the first time I've had any issues shopping here but i do feel a little neglected considering i do shop here as and when I can, depending on the money i have spare
Anyway I'm just a little disappointed
