I have used Ready Steady Store in Worthing twice and on both occasions the service has been exceptional. You wouldn't think there was much to help with but things like getting stuff delivered or collected from the unit could have been a problem for me on a couple of occasions and Gareth and his team made the problems disappear. They also happen to be a very amicable bunch of people. I have no hesitation in highly recommending them.

Gary & James were so helpful, nothing was too stupid to ask.

Ready steady store have been so helpful right from the start. Bending over backwards to meet our needs and finding us two containers when space was in short supply. Very easy to communicate with and reach someone on the phone. On arrival Maria was so welcoming, checked us in quickly and efficiently and was very professional, warm and friendly. She took me to see both containers and talked me through the whole process from start to finish. Highly recommend the company and staff working there for their professionalism and efficiency.

Been here for a wile now and it is brilliant, the staff at the Bournemouth branch can’t help enough and go that extra mile every time, I’m here as a business and they take all my delivery’s and text me when they are in. Everything I needed and more

Very helpful staff, ANNE & ANOUSHKA in particular.. we have always had issues NOT GETTING our invoices via email ... but on a day to day basis the staff are friendly and helpful.. going the extra mile .. so we highly recommend #ReadySteadyStore #Tring Road

I've been with Ready Steady Store Burgess Hill since they opened in February 2020 and I've never had a bad experience. Plenty of space in the car park for multiple vehicles. 24 hour access is very handy over the weekends especially.

Dan and Marc have always been more than helpful in the office and they have helped me grow my business by making upgrades as easy as possible and the Business package is 100% worth the extra weekly fee as they always make sure the parcel is received and place it in the holding room for me.
I can't recommend them enough as a storage facility.

This is my 2nd unit I always find them very helpful.

My Father runs his stereo repair business from home, we have a unit in Burgess Hill as it is very conveniently located for us to take all of our deliveries to. We can pick up any deliveries in the morning with no hassel and the 24 hour access is ideal as we can then fit the work around our day jobs. Very pleasent and helpful staff.

With a double move on the horizon, we needed to “off load” some of our belongings to storage. After getting quotes we chose Ready Steady Store at Bicester, and we’re so glad we did, a fabulous team who have responded instantly when we had to increase our storage. Really friendly, helpful and professional, explaining the details whenever we had queries. Very good service and value for money 👍👍

I have been storing at the Bicester branch of Ready Steady Store since late last year and cannot praise them enough for all of their hard work and customer service. I have been dealing with Cameron mainly and he is always happy to help and has been very knowledgeable regarding the storage space we use.

Anne is so Helpful,kind, friendly and efficient and even calls me with a gentle reminder when she spots that my payment is overdue.whether I am on site or calling over the phone Anne is excellent nothing is too much trouble she goes over and above.Anne is an asset to the Aylesbury store.Katherine

Great service. Marc and Dan were extremely helpful and clear in exactly what was on offer and how much it would cost, breaking it all down for me on paper. Had my stuff there for three months longer than I'd originally planned and it couldn't have gone smoother. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent customer service and found exactly what we were looking for! Staff have gone above and beyond each and every time, nothing is too much trouble. Have been a long term customer and will continue to be so!

Our business has had a unit at Aylesbury, Tring Road for a couple of years now, Ann and Mike are always super helpful, answering any questions and queries and sorting out any issues super quickly - would recommend!

Great for what we need for our business, we are a local gas and electrical installation and maintenance company so the 24hr access is great when on call outs. We've been with Ready Steady Store Wokingham for over 10 years, we have always found the staff to be helpful and they are one of the reasons we have stayed as over the years their pricing has been competitive however this seems to be less so recently, hopefully they will conduct a price review soon.

I researched storage units close to home & really lucked out with Ann at RSS on the Tring Road, Aylesbury. She has been super helpful from the first phone call onwards. The long term price was competitive and I couldn't fault the level of service. Thank you Ann.

Paid for 24 hour access but was not given a gate key, only a code.

On the second time of not being able to access my unit I called and James answered. It was on a Sunday and I explained I needed access or I was going to lose approx £500 worth of my belongings.

I was told something may be able to be arranged and I would get a call back. But I never did so called again and was told the same thing.

After the second call i was told nobody could go to the unit and open it, or provide me with a key.
I had paid for 24 hour access so disputed this and asked if someone was available (given the number I was calling had the same area code as the area of the storage unit)
James then told me that the gate was open and I could suddenly access the unit. It was also explained to me that the office was closing and I wouldn't be be able to get through on the phone for the rest of the day.

When I got there (after loading 2 cars full of stuff) the gate was locked.

I lost £500 of my belongings because of this and also will have to pay for the removal of them from my old property.

When I called the next day I spoke with Luke, who explained he was ten minutes away from the unit and had actually offered to help but James had told him it wasn't necessary
Luke dropped the key off himself that day which I appreciate, but it seems I was lied to multiple times by James. Not only that he actually had me going to a unit he obviously knew wasnt open, as Luke also explained to me that the phone lines are open 24/7. Appalling service and I'm now paying 100's of pounds for it.

Shopped around for storage places in Aylesbury while my house in being built. Ready steady store popped up in the searches and the Broadfields branch was closest to my new home. From the off it was smooth with lots of communication and offers with Mike, he put me at ease with sq ft requirements and price etc. On arrival with my luton van load Mike and Anoushka had arranged a man to assist with the un loading and stacking of the storage (very important in hind sight as he stacked everything high, using the precious space more efficiently than I ever could) however I had more items than I described and my original unit would have been a difficult squeeze. With my own time pressures and long distance to the original booked unit from the car park, Mike suggested the outdoor shipping container with the special rate on offer. I was very thankful as the container is in the car park so very quick to load up and unload one day. On several further visits they are always there to help and with some financial struggles I have had, Mike and Anoushka have assisted above and beyond where they can. The units are clean and the area well maintained. The toilets are also clean. They have a fully stocked shop or boxes, locks and other packaging materials. I bought a lock on the day and it looks to be a very strong lock. Overall its been a great and stress free experience.
