The team here are extremely helpful and friendly. On many occasions they gone out of their way to find the best storage solutions for us.

Fantastic service throughout. The two standouts are: no1; The personal care taken of clients by the manager of the Rigby branch ‘Adam’ and 2; The superb facilities and ease / convenience of use at the Rugby store!

Good service and facilities.
There are two lifts to take you and goods to the 1st floor. Lifts are a bit small and lift doors shut to quick.

Gary and James were great at the Storeham store and the whole experience has been pretty good, we got our stuff in with room to spare and the process has been easy. It would be 5 stars but for the issue with using our own home insurance which was a bit disappointing. However this is the Company's policy rather than the Shoreham depot. Convenient, clean, responsive and does the job - what more could you want from a storage facility?

Gary and James at Shoreham were extremely helpful and accommodating. Not only were they polite, but they would always make sure I was looked after properly. The storage units were easy to access with a good car park. An all round great experience.

We used the facility for a few months and found the whole thing really easy, convenient and the staff were helpful.
When we moved out we did it on a weekend and again they were helpful and accommodating.
Better than other larger companies I have previously tried. Would definitely use again.

Units are very well maintained, surrounding areas kept clean and hand sanitizers always available I simply cannot fault the services provided . A big thanks guys!!
The only issue i have is that prices could be a little bit cheaper , but saying that you get what you pay for and it’s worth it !!

Last minute change of plans meant that I needed storage fast. Readysteadystore got me exactly what I needed, where I needed it. The price was great. The storage facility was spotless; even the carpark. James, at Shoreham, went out of his way to be accommodating and helpful.

I needed a large amount of storage urgently as was selling my house but was then going to stay with friends while looking for a new place. I dealt with Anthony first who was great on the phone and reserved me 2 units to be extra safe. He gave me lots of helpful advice as well. Then on the day of moving stuff in, Andy was fantastic, he couldn't have been more helpful and even arranged an extra unit late in the day when I realised I needed it. They were such a lifeline at such a stressful time and I couldn't rate the company and the people that work there highly enough. Maria is also really helpful. Would give more than 5 stars if I could!!

I would like to thank James for all his support throughout the short time we used Ready Steady Store. The service was excellent, simple and efficient. Whilst we only utilised the service for a short period of time the facilities were excellent and the operating process was user friendly. The cost implications to use this facility are very reasonable and this made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Thank you.

I have used this company for around 7 years now and cannot rate them highly enough. I have full access to my unit whenever I want, the price I pay is the cheapest I can find for the unit size and the staff on site are always friendly and helpful.

If I ever do have any issues to raise (and they have been seldom), they are dealt with swiftly and to my satisfaction.

As with most companies, it’s the staff that make a business and the staff on site have always been great to deal with and make this a 1st company in my opinion.

I would highly recommend this company for any storage needs.
