I have been storing with Ready Steady Store Worsley for over 6 months now. Excellent service nothing is ever to much and Karl has even sorted out issues for me when the office is shut. I previously stored with another storage company but I will now always use the Worsley branch as the service is 100%.

We've used Ready Steady Store at Shoreham for over 5 years now. They are fantastic. Gary and James can't do enough to help and are always cheerful and conciencious. Its a great place to store, whether you are a small business or just personal possessions.

Just about to finish a short unit rental at Bournemouth. Ross has been a great help and I'd happily use this place again if the need arises.

Absolutely fantastic service from Gareth at the Worthing branch. From finding the correct size units to service on the day my belongings arrived. Would 💯 recommend.

By far the best storage centre in Dorset. All staff members have superb customer service, very helpful and friendly. I have a unit here for my business which is a great size for an excellent price. Very easy move in procedure too!

Very professional staff. Been using the storage for over a year and I can’t recommend any better.

Having used the Worthing depot for over a year now based in ivy arch road I cant recommend them enough. If I had the option for 6 stars then I would happily click on it.
Gareth and the full team have been more than accommodating for any problem I’ve had, even receiving deliveries for me and safely storing them for me until I can get chance to pick them up.
If Carlsberg did storage units then this would be the one.
Nothing but praise for everybody working there.

Bad customer service treated us really bad took three weeks to sort out access problems

Tracey at the Doncaster store was extremely helpful and went the extra mile to help me. Nice lady!!!

Just want to commend Ellen/Beth/Cath on all their customer service for their politeness and patience when dealing with my reservation.

Stored with them for 22 months, paid an arm and a leg in fees during that time (room, access pack, insurance etc it all adds up!). Recently removed my goods from the unit to find mouse droppings in and on my stuff, mattress had been chewed through and all the fabric from 1 side had been shredded through what looks like scratching. Advised Ross of this damage, invited him upto the unit to visually see the droppings to which I was told I was basically lying as they'd never had a problem with mice before!!!! Consequently told to pop into office, grab a claim form and return within 7 days for the insurance purposes (which I did) to now find out I paid for insurance for nothing. Insurance refuse to pay out, storage robbed me blind and I would personally just like to make sure nobody else suffers the misfortune or hardship I've had to through this awful place!! May be a cheaper option, honestly better to pay a little bit more and make sure your goods will be in pristine condition like when you deposited them!! Please please avoid and save yourself an awful lot of aggravation

I don’t know who these guys think they are speaking to on the phone but I am close to going down there and have them speak to me like this face to face.

Despite already writing a review about this company and giving them a high rating i now find it necessary to highlight the the bad part of the business. On acquiring the storage i was happy with the price that i was paying as it had a 50% discount applied as i was not going to using the storage past the point of where it increased to the normal price; however due to covid i could not move house and then paid on time all the time the full amount.

On vacating the storage on the 31st July i should've been refunded my deposit and 7 days of storage that i paid over. 20 Days later and i am still waiting for the money to be returned to me. Despite visiting the site in Burgess hill and being promised it will be in my account by Monday, it is still not here. I called on Monday and was again promised that it will be with me today Thursday 20/08. Still no refund.

during the call on Monday i was told that it was due to the pandemic that a simple bank transfer could not be carried out. it was also said that it needed to be authorised. All in all, 3 weeks later no money, shocking customer service and fobbed off at every opportunity.

Made an enquiry about prices online, should've known something was wrong when they didn't have the prices on the website, since then I've had 8 phone calls in 3 days plus emails and SMS. I may have used them because of their location but no chance of that now, not with their scummy sales push.
