I purchased 2 chairs after receiving a sample of the material. I telephoned the company to place the order and they could not have been more helpful. On arrival the chairs were well packaged and the assembly took around 20 minutes per chair thanks to the clear instructions. A good result all round

Bought this swivel/recliner for my elderly father. The assistant I initially spoke to was very helpful, explaining seat height and comfort relevant to an older customer. I asked for the chair to be delivered on a specific date and it's delivery was as expected. The assembly was easy and my father is now enjoying a warm and comfortable chair.

It's very comfortable.. relaxing.and great value for money.. it exceeded my expectations... The company is very reliable and actually phoned me to let me know my order had arrived, as well as being able to track it on-line

quick delivery, ok to put together. Slight issue with the chair but the company were very helpful and in the process of being resolved. In fact once the found out there was an issue the communication was very prompt.

Before purchase Staff were very helpful and informative. Chair was delivered as promised and I am happy with the comfort and quality the chair.

The product was delivered has advertised and the company representative James, did an excellent job. I initialy only purchased one chair but as the quality and price was very resonable we decided to have a second.We couldn't fault the service.

No problem placing order and excellent details regarding delivery date on time. My husband unpacked the chair and assembled it with in 30 minutes.

Was told that it was a heavily discounted price
When the chair arrived it was obvious that the price I paid reflected the quality of the product
Which is not particularly comfortable as the padding is very thin and hard foam
Also the screw locking mechanism does very little to prevent the seat sliding backwards
Therefore it will be resigned to my summer house and I will find a replacement by visiting stores and testing before I buy.

Excellent service. Nice comfortable chair which was not too difficult to assemble. Only negative is that this was shown on a web page for “Leather Recliners”, but it is actually bonded leather which is a euphemism for a composite vinyl. Still, good value for the money nevertheless.
