Order 9295. At first I was a little concerned I had been scammed due to the fact the company were not answering there phone number etc. I needn’t have worried. After receiving my phone they contacted me advising they were going to offer £10 less because of some nick’s. This was still more than other companies had offered so I accepted. The money went straight in via Bacs. Overall a good experience with recyleurphone.co.uk I would recommend

They have basically stolen my Ipad
I have traded in numerous phones and tablets in the past but had never used RecycleURPhone before (and now wish I hadn't).
Used their site to request a free postage pack to sell an old Ipad (Order Number: 9117). Pack arrived a few days letter and I sent my item to them. Several days passed with no acknowledgement so I checked the Royal Mail track and trace receipt I was given and noted that they had received my Ipad. Several days later still no contact. I tried emailing them but got an instant auto-response saying my email was undelivered as their mail server was full (not a good sign).
I have since tried emailing them again and have received zero response or acknowledgement of my order. Just over a month later its fair to say that they have basically stolen my Ipad as I've not received a penny of the amount agreed on my order.
You may also note that most of the reviews on trustpilot seem to suspiciously and abruptly end in Jun 2020 this year. Again, not a great a great sign.
My advice? AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
