I spoke with/emailed the staff a few times; and on each occasion they were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Their offer for my old phone (an iPhone 5c) was better than any alternate offer; and I have already recieved the cheque.

If you do not want the heartache that you get from some other online recycle company who lie about faults on your phone and put a high charge to return the phone to you, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND RECYCLEURPHONE. The original quote for my phone was 15 pound but this was lowered to a measly 2 pound due to apparent damage to it.

They get 1 star as they paid the cost of recorded delivery and 3 pound extra for my trouble. Still, I doubt I will be using this company again.

This was the only phone recycling company that would buy my slightly older HTC Desire phone. Really quick to respond to my queries and fantastically speedy payment settlement. So pleased that my perfectly serviceable yet old phone, will hopefully find a new home 💕

Do not belive their hype.
Price for 'phone quoted online then actually offered less than half.
Special Delivery was required to cover quoted value of 'phone but that amount was never reimbursed-let alone the 'extra' £3 offered as an incentive to deliver via that method.
I wasted over a week on these shysters and am still out of pocket, deeply disappointed and still with an un-sold 'phone.
Judge for yourself if you wish to avail yourselves of their abysmal 'service', there are more facts and my experience leaves a lot to be desired but words can barely describe that terrible experience.

Good price paid, great communication about condition of phone.
There was an initial problem with their freepost service, but I got fully reimbursed for my outlay.
Cheque arrived very next day after agreeing to a revised sale price.
