Excellent service, sold the property for more than the asking price and went through very quickly.

Service was outstanding, now used Redbrik 3 times and they get better every time.

Really good experience with Redbrik. We bought through a new home from them and sold through the South West branch on Ecclesall Rd - I can't fault the service and communication between them. The new homes team went above and beyond to ensure all went smoothly and the South West branch got us a great price within 2 weeks of launching. They always answer the phone and respond to emails promptly - many agents in the past that I have used don't! Friendly and professional - definitely value for money. Special thanks to Alastair and Tom.

Used Redbrik to sell my ex rental house from the first contract they were exceptional with their advice on how to prepare the property for sale Ross was professional and fair I didn’t have to show prospective buyers round the house their very experienced staff did an exceptional job and kept us in the loop every step of the way and Tracy who was our point of contact was always ringing us to update so we had no stress which we really appreciated all in all this is a first class professional company thank you all you have our upmost respect for the way you run your business

Trying to buy a house, had a survey done on it and asked to re negotiate price, as the survey picked up work to be done, Redbrik gone back to vendor and they have agreed to lower the price 10k to attract more offers, our offer was 201250 we are ready to go but want to re negotiate due to survey report, so now Redbrik in their usual wisdom want to use our offer to lever more from another buyer, these are so unprofessional.

Four attempts to buy properties resulted in Redbrik using our bid to lever more from the other offers, totally unprofessional in my opinion, seem to favour offers from first time buyers. I certainly would not use them.

Even 1 star is far too much for them. Promised premium listings and video walk throughs, plans incorrect, description written by a 4 year old and missing critical information. I had to write my own. Asked them to modify listing never done. Office extremely slow at replying to emails, or just never reply.

Final straw, I had to chase up viewers myself as they couldn't be bothered.

Waste of time, waste of money.

Extremely unprofessional. No contact regarding whether we were successful or unsuccessful in our application for a house. Still as of now not heard anything. I learned we had not got it due to seeing it taken off rightmove, joke of a company. Would never go through this company again.

Absolutely unreliable, unprofessional and rude. My viewing was cancelled after I had already spent over £50 in train tickets to go see the property and took the day off. The appointment was booked the week before. I understand the offers received might have been higher than mine, but at least they could have waited for me to view the property and decide whether to increase my offer.

Redbrik Chesterfield have just handled the sale of my late parent’s home. This could have been quite stressful but the approach of both Ross and Emi showed compassion, professionalism and a desire to achieve the best possible outcome.
Any calls or queries were answered without delay and I was updated on a very regular basis.
I would thoroughly recommend this Company and will happily use their services again should I need to.

One year on and one of my dearest friends who moved out of a house on Brocklehurst Piece is happily recovered from black mold poisoning, after repeated efforts made by her to the estate agents to deal with it for over a year.
Numerous emails were sent to RedBrik, one person was sent by them to inspect the property but didn't even have a damp meter to take readings, and blamed it on her afterwards stating it was 'lifestyle and drying clothes inside'. Later in the year a builder was sent to deal with some of the black mold, which he did in the kitchen though only on the area he was able to get access to - wall space where washing machine would be. However the mold was riddled behind the cupboards and in both first floor rooms. He had confirmed there was a leak from the roof due issue with roof tile.... After living in the house for around 2 years and no effort to deal with it properly, she hired a decorator to go around, which she had to as the wallpaper was coming off, so he also found the mold wasn't just surface layer but coming from the stone and damp.
The estate agents should have been working with the landlord to deal with the situation without it turning into toxic health hazard and forcing her to get a decorator in herself. Which is why she had to leave the house after it affected her lungs so much. She never got her deposit back.

We recently bought our house through Redbrik in Chesterfield. It was a hard experience made easier by the hard work and professionalism of Laura. I doubt the purchase would have completed without her and we wouldn’t hesitate to use Redbrik in the future.

We cannot fault the Redbrik Chesterfield employees for their friendliness, communication and hard work. House moving is terribly stressful but we always felt better when we got off the phone after chatting things over with Laura Molloy and her colleagues. Thank you so much everyone. You all deserve flowers.

Avoid this estate agent as a seller, very keen initially, arranging viewing after viewing but once an offer has been accepted, everything changes. It becomes all about the buyer and are not concerned with the seller. I can't remember how many times I was told that is not my job when they were asked for help or advise, but it seemed they would do anything for the buyer. Considering I was the one who was paying them from the sale price I have to say I was very hacked off. I would also avoid using the solicitor that comes with the package.

If you are looking to buy, avoid them. We are SSTC and ready to go. We spotted a beautiful property last weekend, called for a viewing and was told it's launching Thursday 12th Aug, you'll have the first viewing at 1pm.
Today (they call Wed 11th) and tell me it's sold.
I ask why.
Because they arranged a viewing prior to the launch date.
Wow.
Launch date means nothing.
Avoid.
Unless you want to be really disappointed :(

Exceptional service from start to finish from Redbrik at Crystal Peaks with clear information, top notch photos and marketing (the interactive floor plan deserves a special mention!), great organisation and for always keeping me up to date. It's the first time I've sold a house, and I couldn't have asked for a better service. Thank you, Gemma, Ian, Grace, June and Sarah for making it seem so easy.

I had not sold or bought a house as a single person for a number of years and was very nervous about the whole procedure. Claire gently helped me through the intricacies of the process. She not only advised me about offers on my own property but also made suggestions as to how and what Should offer on my proposed purchase, even negotiating on my behalf when I was too anxious to do it myself. When a number of points were raised by the buyers survey on my sale, Claire advised me and kindly arranged the necessary professional contractors to sort everything out. I would highly recommend Claire to anyone looking to sell their property. I would also add that I couldn't have done it without her, she was my guardian angel.

Redbrick crystal peaks offer an appalling service, June ....? who dealt with our purchase didn't have a clue about the sale! She was rude, arrogant and offered a very unhelpful and unfriendly service. She continually lied and colluded with the seller and their appointed solicitors?

My daughter and her boyfriend have just bought their first house with Redbrik Estate Agents in Chesterfield. Buying a house with Redbrik was a fantastic experience especially during this difficult time. The Team Rebecca, Carmel and my new best friend Holly were amazing and very professional and went out of their way to help in any way though could. Holly went above and beyond to ensure the process went smoothly, keeping us informed every step of the way. The Team are a credit to your organisation and it should not go unnoticed what a fantastic Job they have done. I would definately use Redbrik again in the future. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.

We recently sold our home with Redbrik and bought a property being marketed by them. From start to finish they were excellent! The team were professional and caring throughout the whole process.
