Katie the sales manager has been absolutely amazing from start to finish. This was my first property to sell and it’s a really stressful process, Katie was always there to help guide and reassure me the whole way through. Always there for a chat and was updating me every week on the process. I can’t thank her enough for all her hard work. It was really appreciated. Thankyou !

I feel that adding a one star is still too much. I had an initial visit which went okay, however no significant information was shared other than looking around the home, and giving a valuation. I was not informed of any fees etc. The property went on the market I never had a board put outside the property, I have a very unique property which I feel was not reflected in the marketing, particularly because I undertook viewings and asked if they were aware that I had annexe and they said not. Redbrik never undertook any viewings, even after over 8 weeks when I was not having success with the viewings. The company took the initial photo's but then I had to ask them to come back to take them again as they did not market the property sufficiently. At one stage I accepted an offer, I took the property off the market as advised by Redbrik which I was reluctant to do, the offer was subsequently retracted which meant I had missed two weeks of marketing. Due to the poor service, and lack of progress I gave notice as per the contract but then was harassed to pay a £600 withdrawal fee. I had already paid £295 upfront. When I questioned the withdrawal fee this was allegedly for an EPC, which I advised that if they had informed me that I needed one I would have got one myself, £330 search pack for the solicitors, again I never instructed to them to complete this, and this information is not in the contract, and £185 for admin fees. The withdrawal fee allegedly applies regardless how long you are with the company as it is indefinite and I would question why they have a notice period if this is to be paid regardless. I do not feel any point during the process Redbik have been transparent or clear in their communication. When I asked about notice and the process I was never informed at any point there would be a withdrawal fee. I feel my property was not selling, and I was not being given the service that I should have and despite this I have had to pay Redbrik £625. There is too much for me to be able to write of my experience, however I will never use Rebrik again, and I will not recommend Redbrik to anyone.

We have been dealing with Jen, Abi and Hayley and they have all gone above and beyond for us with the sale of our house and with help in finding a new property after a purchase fell through. We had a tight timeframe to get our property on the market and Jen had our property photographed the next day (providing tips and advice on how to present your property), on social media within 2 days and on the market within 3 working days- just outstanding! The team answer the phones quickly and if not available respond within the hour. They have an excellent app which tells you about enquiries, bookings and feedback on your property.
They have made what can be a really stressful time in life a lot easier and I cannot fault their professionalism and service. They hold themselves accountable to a high level and this excellence shines through.

I cannot fault all of the team. They have dealt with the whole process of selling my mum’s property both professionally and quickly.
Redbrick are not the cheapest estate agents but well worth their fees.

We have recently sold our buy to let house in Sheffield. Redbrik were very efficient in managing tenants plus checking on the property. The selling partnering Taylor&Emmet went very smoothly & efficiently. Andrew gave us a progression report every week which kept us in the loop.
Buying, selling or renting I would recommend Redrik to anyone.

Redbrik were outstanding throughout whole process. They were efficient, proactive and kept me informed at all times. The sale was concluded in less than 3 months. I’d happily recommend Redbrik and would use them again without hesitation.

Fabulous service .. we used Redbrick for selling and purchasing both properties.

We were kept updated and well informed for both properties- and Sarah M worked very hard to insure we got the right buyers .

Peter negotiated all our requests regarding the property we were buying , we probably sold at the worst time .. 24/25 .. with so much general uncertainty with interest rates , stamp duty , budgets and a complete change of government… but Sarah totally understood and was honest and professional at all times , making us feel we could trust her to make the right decisions regarding our sale .

Redbrick might not be the cheapest Estate Agents out there , but they definitely worked hard at both selling and buying for us .

There were a number of aspects to the service Redbrik gave us during the process of our house move which are worthy of note. Because our first contact with the team during the valuation process had been so positive we always felt we could discuss any matters of concern with them and we visited the office on Glumangate, Chesterfield many times!! Staff were always positive, friendly and professional. A mention too for the agents who let us view so many properties and must have begun to wonder if we were ever going to make a decision!! They were positive, clear and knowledgeable each and every time - thank you. Ironically this did mean when we saw Lancelot Close for the first time we knew immediately it was the house for us and were delighted it was a Redbrik property.
