Order failed but payment done, Reifen.com does not care but I don't have my money neither the wheels
I ordered a winter set of wheels made the payment with debit card and at last step the website gave me an error, then I changed the payment type to invoice, then it went ok. I received the details for payment by email and headed to my bank website to proceed with the payment... Surprise, I had a charge in my account (the one that apparently failed with the debit card)... I was puzzled, never happened to me in any store...
Since the payment was done I checked my Reifen.com account and it showed "payment received", so I didn't make the transfer of money for the other type of payment, obviously the payment was done and received by Reifen.com... I then contacted the support to notice the situation and fix it... The answer from the support: "that's not our problem you changed the payment type so you have to pay according the payment type, talk to your bank"
So the situation is as follows, I have -1200€ in my account and Reifen.com will do nothing to solve the problem, they have my money but they don't care... I even gave them an extract of my account so they could check... no answer after the initial feedback they gave me ( literally "we don't care").
Very disappointing, first time I have such problem and the support does NOTHING. Specially with this high amount of money... SHAME.

English speaking customer experience so far is ok.
Customer service is very helpful. They are patient with someone like me who is still learning the German language. Their website is superb and easy to use. I have to still see what will be my experience on the actual branch/shop when I get my tires and have them installed. I hope it will be alright as well.

The delivery was delayed by 3 weeks even though the tyres were in stock. The communication with their customer service was useless, since they kept making promises that were not kept. Overall very unreliable.
