I ordered my tyres on 5th of June (15 days ago!!!)
and since then there is nothing. They have confirmed to me on the phone a few times that the tyres will come this week and then next week but nothing..... I have spoken to DPD Germany and Switzerland but they claim the problem is because of the sender. And now i can not even reach by phone; they simply do not pick it up....
Where are my tyres ?????? Otherwise pay my money back. It is not cheap, it is more than 1500chf !

This Site is no Help at all! I ordered Tire a week ago and still no movement on the Shipping! It shows need to Pick up by DPD but its still sitting there! C'mon Guys at least do something! call DPD or something! I wasted money on calling them! Swiss Branch says can't do anything coz its in Germany. Germany Branch just keep ringing 15 minutes no answer same as DPD! 😢😢🤦♀️ Where is my Tire?Where is my Money???

Extremely slow and bad communication. Really a very bad experience. This is a clear case where emails and internet don't work and a barrier to fast and clean transaction. Took more than 2 months to solve the delivery without success.
