Poor customer service and items lost

I placed an order for 4 Hankook 205/55R16 on the 31/01/2022 and only 2 of them have arrived. 2 have been lost and an investigation was started to trace the tyres. I called for an update and their solution was to purchase 2 more tyres and if the lost tyres were found I would get a refund. But what if the tyres were not found? And what if these tyres were lost as well? The car has been off the road and has caused me problems getting into work which has made me very unhappy.

Sent a waiver to forfeit return rights
I ordered a set of wheels from Pneuexperte. Then they contacted me and asked for some additional model number that doesn't exist, or at least is nowhere to be found on any of the documents or in the car itself. I also contacted the official car dealer (RRG Suisse) that confirmed that they didn't have this number.
I sent photocopies of the carte grise and photos of the model numbers from the plate inside the car.
Pneuexperte then sent a waiver to sign giving up my rights to return the wheels if they wouldn't fit. Because they weren't competent enough to figure out which rims to send. I obviously didn't sign.
I ordered the wheels from another dealer, and they didn't have any problems just by looking at the carte grise.

Good prices, but......
When you buy from pneuexperte.ch you will need to be aware of 3 things:
1) They don't hold a lot of stock. Therefore in my experience purchasing twice from them it takes more than 2 weeks to get them as they will source the tyres after your order.
2) They will sell tyres that are new, but up to 3 years old. I personally received ones that are 2 and a half years old. This is a problem on cars that don't do a lot of kilometers that will need to change due to age rather than wear.
3) If they deliver you the wrong tyre be prepared to have many email exchanges and be told that you are wrong.
