Absolutely infuriating website

Absolutely infuriating website. Once I had placed my order (which was a trial of patience as the website forced me through several iterations of creating an account) it then said there might be an issue so I should contact customer service. Clicked on the link, nothing happened. Waste of time and energy - hopefully the part I paid for will arrive but I'm not holding my breath

Good service, product and price

We've are doing a large renovation project, and Jamal has been working with us on the UFH over an 18 month period. He's checked in to see what stage we're at, but hasn't badgered us as some sales people do (much appreciated), and he's answered queries promptly. We're happy with the product and happy with the price.

Never purchase anything from this…

Never purchase anything from this person .sold me a two port valve I didn't need then never responded to my calls or email.Tried to call this trader on four occasion now no answer.Since my negative review Jamal has contacted me and resolved the issues with communication and given me a full refund .I like to see the good in people and prior to this Jamal was very helpful and I hope this was just as he described a new technology installed at the business which was at fault.Wish you well in the future Jamal with your new business. Many thanks David. For this I have increased my rating.From 1 to 3 .

Excellent company to deal with.

I decided to design my own underfloor heating system and got professional help from Jamal at all times.
I used the LK equipment from Sweden and am very happy with it.
I had a slight problem with a valve but this was replaced without delay.
Jamal is very patient when dealing with technical questions and I have no doubt he will continue to do so as I commission my system.
