Fantastic service all round. From the initial enquiry all the way through to installation the whole business have been great. I have very little knowledge of underfloor heating but Daniel took the time to explain the pros and cons of all the options. Delivery was great and I felt able to phone for additional advice when necessary. Would thoroughly recommend getting in contact if you’re considering a system.

I bought online and was directed to the payment section. It had the final price and once I'd entered bank details, then I was charged shipping.....for a switch £5.00
I should have used Screwfix or B&Q!
Don't use this tricky lot with their hidden extras!!

The website and product description gave me confidence in purchasing the underfloor heating pump/ manifold. Easy clear instructions, the pricing was competitive. I received the item as advised, well packaged.

Having placed my order, I then received a call from UFH saying that the thermostat I'd ordered was incompatible with the heating mats. This was my mistake which they corrected quickly. A very useful, proactive example of customer service. Definitely recommend to use UFH.

The underlay I have just purchased to put down beneath click flooring I am about to lay looks useful in letting the heat from.my underfloor heating pass through it to heat the room

Nice and easy to work and navigate site. Ordering is easy. It’ll be better if there is information of how the mats should be installed with some drawings and measurements.

The staff were very helpful. When he said I have product next day he meant it! The product turn up first thing in the morning, so we could carry out installation on time. Would definitely use company again!
