The website and product description gave me confidence in purchasing the underfloor heating pump/ manifold. Easy clear instructions, the pricing was competitive. I received the item as advised, well packaged.

Having placed my order, I then received a call from UFH saying that the thermostat I'd ordered was incompatible with the heating mats. This was my mistake which they corrected quickly. A very useful, proactive example of customer service. Definitely recommend to use UFH.

The underlay I have just purchased to put down beneath click flooring I am about to lay looks useful in letting the heat from.my underfloor heating pass through it to heat the room

Nice and easy to work and navigate site. Ordering is easy. It’ll be better if there is information of how the mats should be installed with some drawings and measurements.

The staff were very helpful. When he said I have product next day he meant it! The product turn up first thing in the morning, so we could carry out installation on time. Would definitely use company again!

Firstly after my blind panic and the wife screaming at me saying I messed up purchasing these overlay boards, I sent a message to the company at 20:00 Friday night!
21:00 a guy called me back (Dan I think) who reassured me about the product and I was able to sleep in the big bed that night! 🙌🏼

I am renovating a house and have no previous experience installing underfloor heating. From my initial enquiry to the project completion they couldn’t have been more helpful. From the design stage to talking directly with my builder who wanted reassurance that he was doing it right, Daniel patiently dealt with every question with clear and helpful information. Most importantly, I am very pleased with the final result. A very good company to deal with.

Great service , ordered part to get an emergency job finished , although the delivery was quoted as 48 to 72 I asked if it could be posted as urgently as possible and it was on site the next morning . Good quality of manifold with clear instructions .

We have had few challenges product, however - well experience team helped us out more than needed, really, the customer service was on the TOP, we are very very very happy of that and the products itself, well done !
