Great service, thank you, would recommend

I booked in a call via their website, David came over to look at the issue of one room not heating up, he knew what the fault was, had the all the latest technology to diagnose and fixed it. He was very polite, professional and honest. It was also pleasing to experience that he followed up so ensure there where not issues. Great service and highly recommend - which I have done by giving UFHC's contact details to family and friends..

On discovering that one of my Heatmiser thermostats (a PRT-W) had ceased to function, it became clear that the revised versions now available are incompatible with my UH1-W wiring centre! Got a very rapid telephone response to my email from Daniel at UFH, who then made numerous calls on my behalf, starting with Heatmiser, to try and find a legacy replacement, before calling me back. He was unfortunately unsuccessful, but spent a considerable amount of time advising me how I might overcome this issue and also an air lock problem with one of the manifolds.
He could not have been more helpful, not patient with a DIY plumber. This was customer service at a level I have rarely experienced.

Arrived very quickly. It literally comes with everything you would need. I always expect that I will need to get some extras but everything has been thought of. There is plenty of pipe and the pump is a good name. Overall, extremely good value and quality.

Bought item, then 4-days later without any notification why, I was instructed a refund had been actioned.
10/10 for the refund and immediate notification. 0/10 for not actually having the stock on the shelf in the first place to honour the sale.

Underfloor Heating Company is always my go to in the trade, always helpful over the phone and great prices.

I have been using Daniel at "The Underfloor Heating Company" for a few orders. I have found that Daniel especially is very very helpful and knowledgeable and also provides very very very quick turn around in deliveries.
Nothing more to say other then great company at a very reasonable price.

Their vans park in disabled spaces without showing a blue badge and the driver curses at anyone who asks him about it.

Life savers, guy on the phone in the store was very helpful! 10/10
