Repair clinic is nothing but a sham. I paid good money for packaging and shipping, yet what I received looked like it had been kicked around before it arrived. The box was torn, the product was half d... See more

Easiness is all there is
The only good thing about this company is that the tasks are very easy and can be done quickly. So, if you only want a consistent, subpar paycheck for minimal effort, then this company is for you. But if you want a better salary and long-term career growth and advancement, then you'll better off working on another company because this one does not offer any of that. If only the jobs weren't too easy, I don't think anyone would want here longer than a few months.
Over Priced - Bad Return Policy
Ordered a replacement gas burner for my cook top, and also needed 2 torx screws for it. The burner was fine, but they sent me 2 tiny screws that were way too short and would not work because the head was too large and unable to get a wrench on it. Not to mention, they charged me just under $20 for the two tiny screws, the screw on the left is what they sent. The screws they sent probably cost $0.25. I realize I over paid but thought the original installed screws may be hard to find elsewhere. To top it all off, they require me to pay to return the 2 tiny screws before they will refund my money. I used Repair Clinic a lot in the past but this is the last straw, never again. PS, it cost more to return the screws than they were actually worth. Stupid Return Policy.
Stuck in the same job
This company offers decent pay. The benefits are okay as well. However, no opportunities for advancement in this company. The lack of career prospects makes this company good only for those who want a consistent, decent paycheck. But if you want more than that and to develop your career, you'll be better off searching for a different company.
Less than helpful Customer Service
I entered my serial number into their site and searched for a gasket retainer for my fridge. I ordered the part that came up in the search and when it arrived it was the wrong part. I reached out to their customer service only to be told I ordered the wrong part and the only thing I could do is ship it back at my cost for a refund. I put it back in their packaging and took it to FedEx and while it only cost them $10 to ship to me, not having a FedEx account it will cost me $60 to ship back. The part was only $42.
Would not buy from them
They made a mistake and sent me the wrong part and I had to pay for return shipping, out $28.00 this is wrong.
I don't even know where to begin
I don't even know where to begin. I wouldn't even give them one star, but you have to push one. This company has ripped me off. I have been patient and did everything they said. I've been sitting here 4 weeks with no washer. They said the part, I received was the right part. My washer is 10 years old. They have replaced the part, with a new part but with my washer being older there should have been another part that they replace that should have gone with it that was changed at the same time. So, my washer sat up higher and without also changing the machine tub support along with a clutch and it tore up some of the plastic on my tub. It spun really fast. They are blaming it on the manufacture which would be LG. Today I decided to do some investigating and LG said that my original part was still available. That when you go onto repairclinic.com my model number goes right to a clutch they say I am to use. But in using it without a new tub support which they don't tell you, you need because your machines tub will sit up a little higher and cause damage. I did go to repairclinic.com and put in an old part number and it comes up. So why did they not give you two choices? They won't take the part they sold me back. I am stuck. I paid 150.00. Now I have to go by another part that I don't need because of their mistake. I refuse to buy it from them. I will never buy another thing from them.
The snack drawer broke on our Kitchen…
The snack drawer broke on our Kitchen Aide refrigerator Saturday morning. I looked up parts and found a replacement drawer for 150, so I keep searching and found the part at Repair Clinic for about half. Ordered the part around 11:00 AM. As an afterthought I read online reviews and was now scared. I tired to call the company and got the dreaded "greater than normal call volume is causing delays....". Not good. But the deal was done. Shortly I got an email saying my order had been accepted. Then later Saturday I got an email saying that it had been shipped. Then Fed Ex emailed me it was on the way. Expected Wedensday. It came in Tuesday, one day early. Fit perfectly. 100% happy with the product. Would give them 5 stars if they had better telephone coverage. My first and only dealing with them so your experience may differ. I would buy from them again.
I got scammed.
They sent me a part that didn't fit in my refrigerator. I contacted them about the issue, and they assured me I'd get a refund if I sent the part back at my own expense. So I packaged it up back in the original box with the original protective padding and sent it to them, at my own expense.
A few days later, I got an email with photos claiming the part was "damaged in shipping". The photos showed a small rigid tab of plastic that had been snapped off of the electrical plug. They told me to file a carrier insurance claim if I wanted to be compensated. I have attached the photo they sent me so you can judge for yourself.
Somehow, the part was able to make it all the way to me without any issue, but in the same box with the same padding, it managed to break on its way back to RepairClinic.com. After several weeks of assertive emails, I finally managed to get them to ship it back to me, again at my own expense. They put it back in the same box, with the same padding, and MAGICALLY, there was no further damage to the part when I received it.
I'm absolutely convinced that this damage did not happen in shipping, and I'm not about to commit insurance fraud with the US Postal Service just so RepairClinic.com doesn't have to honor their refund policy.
At a time when a lot of us are trying to save money by doing our own repair work, these guys are taking advantage of honest people.
They are scam artists. Don't take my word for it. Read the rest of the reviews.
Great Products & Knowledgeable
I think this company is fantastic! They have great OEM products, great online video support, and fairly quick phone support if you need to speak with someone.
They aren't perfect, but neither am I, so we are great fit. In the rare times I have returned items, I've never had an issue.
RepairClinic.com Stole My Money
Would give 0/5 stars. Ordered 2 parts to replace fan motor in my HVAC. One arrived broken, and the other was an incorrect part that would not physically fit on my unit. I tried to return both but they only refunded the broken part, not the incorrect part, because it had been opened and taken out of the box to install, only to find out it was in no way the correct part. How are you supposed to know this company sent the incorrect part unless the package is open?! Now they have the (likely fully functioning, but incorrect for my unit) motor, AND the money I paid for it, and I am also out the money it took to ship it back to them (also on your dime if anything is wrong!). This is absolutely a predatory business, do not buy. I will report them as a scam and I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. I will be filing a chargeback with my CC company and a complaint with the BBB. Their customer service is absolutely rude and horrible, and expect to wait for an hour no matter what option you choose. Again: do not buy from RepairClinic.com!
worst customer service I've seen
worst customer service I've seen - place and order and the adress is wrong (not me that enter that adress your system did) and I chat to have it fix to be told that it is ship nothing we can do to go at the adress to pick it up - guess what it a non existing adress - this is total BS there is always something that can be done I own an ecommerce company and we do it every day - but we have TOP NOTCH customer service i guess it's not givin to everyone - I'll be sure to call my credit card to get refund as it is YOUR responsability until the goods is in my hand.
To top that the person on the chat told me in their words figure it out and was not answering any of my question - NEVER BUY THERE!!!!
One star for repair clinic
One star for repair clinic. I bought a fan from the upper oven of my double wall oven based on the exact part number shown in the image and sku on repair clinic's site. When it arrived I tried to install on upper oven, but it didn't fit since that fan is for lower oven. The two fans are different. I returned it and they refused the return saying I had clearly attempted to install it. So was against return policy. I pointed out the issue was their website explicitly showed it was the correct part of the upper oven. It still shows it's the proper fan for the upper oven to this day. They didn't care. $125 down the drain for me and another $20 for shipping on the return gone. And they still have the fan.
Total refusal on this outfit's part to work with me. Therefore 1 star.
Never using this place again. The quality of a company is not how well it does when things to right, but how does it behave when things go wrong.
Very Delayed and Poor Communication, At Best
I ordered and paid online for a refrigerator replacement part on November 14, 2020, and received an order confirmation at that time saying shipping info would be forthcoming. Nothing on the site suggested that the part for which I’d be paying was on back order or unavailable. More than two months later, having received nothing further but a barrage of marketing emails, I emailed customer service about the order. I received no response. Today, almost a week later, I called, and— after a half hour on hold—was informed by a customer service rep that the item was still on back order and could become available anytime between now through February 26. Even if it does arrive—I’ve been given no reason to be convinced it will—it will be more than three months after order, with no prior indication that it would be delayed.
Ordered a high temp thermostat and fuse…
Ordered a high temp thermostat and fuse for Whirlpool dryer on 12/29/20. Part was listed as in stock and in fact shipped same day. Received the parts 2-days later on 12/31/20. Part numbers were an exact match. Didn't need video guidance for repair, but nice that they offer the instructions. Based on my experience, Repair Clinic is recommended.
This company is a scam
This company is a scam. They lied to me repeatedly about having a part. I waited for 40 days for the part to arrive and then it suddenly was delayed for another 30 days for no reason. When I called to ask about it, the customer service representative was a complete jerk and the supervisor said he just didn't care. This company is a total scam - do not buy from them!!
STAY AWAY from RepairClinic!!!
Do not purchase anything from the RepairClinic! Their unreasonable return policy states that you cannot return a part once you've installed it, WITHOUT ANY USE!!! It will end up costing you more in the long run to pay for the part, pay for the shipping to receive the part, and pay for the shipping to return the part because it does not resolve your issue!
Do NOT patron this site or company!!
Ordered a part on 08-31-2020
Ordered a part on 08-31-2020. Never got it. Try to call no one picks up. No contact point if you need help. Now will have to go dispute the order for our cycling Thermostat and High Limit Thermostat. Unbelievable!
Found part I was searching for on RepairClinic.com
Found part I was searching for on RepairClinic.com which is an air filter for a Honda power generator. I ordered 2 and since I placed my order before 7 PM on Thursday, July 23rd, and that it would ship that same evening as promised on their website. Since I had need for the part, I paid extra shipping fees to have the items shipped overnight. Upon completing my order and receiving my confirmation number, I noticed that the arrival date had changed to Monday, July 28th. I immediately called their 800 number and waited an hour for someone to answer my call, but no luck. In the meantime, I opened a chat session where it stated that I was 32 in line. I waited and waited finally the chat session stated that I was next, I entered my name, email address and phone number then waited and waited again. No one picked up the chat session, the chat screen cleared then started a new count down where I was back in the queue as 19 in line. Finally, someone picked up my chat session where I explained that I had paid extra to have the filters shipped overnight. The agent indicated that they only had one in stock and that the second one would ship later and arrive on Tuesday, July 28 but that the one they had in stock would ship overnight. Well the item didn't arrive overnight, instead it arrived on Monday, July 27th and low and behold, it wasn't my air filter, it was instead an electronic capacitor. I feel for the other person expecting that capacitor because I know how I feel about the service I received which nowhere near stellar in my books. Upon receiving the capacitor, I immediately call the 800 number and again waited and waited and waited. Finally, I get an agent who did not sound too thrilled to take my call. With all courtesy, I explain my situation, the agent went off to confirm my complaint by which she returned and indicated that my original part would immediately ship out. I requested a refund on my overnight shipping fees where she passed the buck to the Returns department. I asked for their number or to be transferred to them and she stated that she could not and that she did not have their number. I also asked if they want the capacitor shipped back to them and she adamantly said No. I then asked to speak to a manager and basically go the same exact response. I work in the customer service arena, have for many years and I would have to sadly rate this experience very, very low.
Watch what you order
First time I used them I had no problem ( 1 item). Then I ordered 2 items from them. They sent the small item and charged me for the item, shipping and tax for both items and after a month and a half I had to cancel the second item due to being out of stock. Amazing I got the same part cheaper for another web site. Thanks for the rip off
They had the part I needed at a good…
They had the part I needed at a good price and were in MI, so not too far away for shipping.
Part came, but was missing 5 of the 6 screws that should have been included. I called and they sent out a complete, new pack of the part. Again, missing 5 of the 6 screws needed, but now I only needed 4 because each pack did have 1 screw.
Did an online chat and explained the problem and told them they need to open the pack and make sure all the screws are in it.
The person on the chat, Jade was her name, said she'd personally make sure that would happen and it would go out next day air.
Part came this morning and the pack had been opened and resealed. When I opened it there were all 6 six screws, plus all the other parts again.
I am satisfied with the quality of the parts. And the washing machine is up and running. However, it took a week longer than necessary because of the repair pack not containing all the necessary parts the first time. Pack should have been double-checked the first time I complained. However, I would use them again.
