Great service, they came to my house at appointment time, and fixed my Macbook pro screen in their van parked outside. My mac got ran over by a car so I'm surprised to how they fixed this in an hour!

Great job, good service. Good communication too. New battery and keyboard on my MacBook Pro. Gave it a totally new lease of life. And, they went above and beyond – I am actually just out of their catchment area but they accommodated me as it was two repairs. I would definitely use them again – Recommended

The technician from 'Repair Not Replace' visited my house, was on time, very friendly and helpful. The Samsung Galaxy mobile battery replacement went well and is working as it should. Very pleased with the service offered by this company so I recommend them.

Really easy process, turned up as per the booking, took the device to the van and returned it fixed. It couldn’t have been an easier experience.

Highly recommend Repair Not Replace ! Took my sons iPhone to a shop first to see if they could fix the screen and they advised it couldn’t be done as there was a slight bend in the phone. Repair not Replace came out the next day, very friendly and chatty with my son. Took the phone and within 30 minutes was good as new! Definitely keeping their number for the future

Amazing service!! He fixed my heavily damaged iPhone screen in exactly 1 hour and it looks just as it did before it was cracked. My FaceID still works as normal just like everything else too so no need to worry. I decided to have the exact OLED screen already on my phone which ofc cost a little extra (£134) but worth it! I was even given fridge magnets and a sweet when my phone was given back. He arrived on time too and came to my door on the dot. Would definitely recommend!!

Repair Not Replace sorted out my phone two years ago. It was much cheaper than a new phone and it still works perfectly. I did not hesitate to book them again, when my wife's phone stopped working.
