Submitted details of broken iPad online at 09.00. By 16.00 the repair van had arrived and by 17.00 it was fixed. Excellent service.

The battery on my laptop had expired and, in some desperation, I contacted Repair and Replace to see if they could help. A solution was available in hours and I booked an appointment on line to suit my situation. The battery was replaced at home and the computer restored to be fully operational. Excellent service. I can thoroughly recommend them.

Easy to use booking form. A very quick response to confirm, Arrived at our address on the date bang on time and swiftly replaced the screen for our Apple Mac Pro in super quick time - All in from day of booking to new screen 2 day turn around - would have been quicker if we were in the day before!!

Battery needed replacing in a 10 year old iPad which Apple said they couldn't do because they classed it as vintage. Nothing else wrong with it, couldn't afford a new one and I hate waste. Delighted to find "Repair not Replace" could replace battery and even call to my house to do the job. Brilliant. I will use them again for my old Mac at some point in near future.

After booking a repair with this company, paying via PayPal, I got lots of extra information emailed back to me. Felt happier, after all it’s a iPad 12.9 pro. Mark jones arrived at our home on time, collected my treasured iPad, noticing straight away I had put the wrong model in on the form. So Mark saying he would have to order the correct part in explaining it wouldn’t be returned till Thursday 48 hrs. And on the Thursday it was returned with complimentary sweets, fridge magnet, and a full working ipad. Have tested the iPad, and the charging port being replaced it’s all up and working as it should.!!!! Life is great again 😂

I would definitely recommend them,cost difference between them&Apple is minimal and had the added bonus of having done at my convenience and probably a more professional service(strangely my battery health and performance seem to have reset)

Great and prompt service from this company. I required a new battery for an iPhone 11. The work was carried out in the company van. It didn’t take long to complete. It’s just a shame that Apple won’t recognise this battery (although the phone works fine and the charge lasts all day) as a genuine Apple part so I cannot get rid of the annoying red dot in settings. I can put up with this for not having to travel for miles to an Apple shop or send my phone away in the post. Great service so would definitely use again.
