Fantastic experience with this company through eBay bought a new screen for my laptop

Excellent service and product. Ordered at the weekend, arrived Tuesday 9am. Very delicate replacement laptop screen arrived very well packaged and protected, couldn't fault it. Would definitely use them again and recommend to others.

We made an order from Germany to replace an old LED screen for Samsung laptop.

In an email I was asked to take pictures of the back of the screen with labels, to make sure we receive the correct type. Soon after sending the photos we received the parcel with a screen.

The employees are very friendly and  responsible, communication is excellent, the screen works perfectly.

I was having problems finding a replacement laptop screen as it appears to be a bit rare.
Require IT not only did they have one, they also double checked that it was the right one!
Would recommend this company because their customer support is *so* good.

Ordered a new Lenovo screen and got it delivered next day, properly wrapped so it would not get damaged during delivery. Great customer service and very quick at responding. Will definitely order from Require IT again in the future!

I needed a specific LCD, after asking if they had it they messaged back straight away to let me know they did. Placed the order and it arrived the next day (only paid for standard delivery!) Very happy, excellent service and the LCD looks fantastic.

Perfect fit. Screenreplacement for Asus laptop. Plug and play. Very well packaged. Expensive shipping to Ireland, but this has nothing to do with the good quality object recieved. Overall a good experience and I would use and recommend again.
