Illegal and deceptive practices. You can actually file a complaint with the FTC and they will get in mass amounts of trouble, and even fined! It's against the law that they will just ban you for submitting proof. You have a right to use an alias because this marketing company has no right knowing your true identity under any circumstance. If you spend your money, and time. You're rightfully entitled to your earnings regardless.

All these people saying they've spent hard money on this and been banned. You have a course of action you can take to not only get your credits, but your money back in full.

1. file a complaint with your state attorney general for consumer protection

2. appeal the purchase with apple/google and stop the payments or report it as fraud,

3. Notify your bank

4. File an FTC complaint

another company that meetme/skout works with for credit offers was fined over $44,000 for deceptive practices just like RevU is doing..

Did not honor most offers completed. I spent money and a lot of time towards these. I sent in proof of completion only to be told it wasn't enough that they couldn't do anything. Terrible customer service. Do not waste your time.

I have downloaded apps completed everything they requested and got screenshots and they still denied my claim they are ridiculous. I have watched so many videos and completely wasted my time please don’t waste your time with these jerks.

WARNING TO ALL PLAYERS: Do not spend a single cent on offers from RevenueUniverse (RevU). They are completely unreliable and deceptive. I completed the Slottist offer, reached all levels, and spent my own real money (4 separate purchases via Apple Pay). The 394 tokens were delivered, but a week later, they were suddenly "Reversed" and stolen back.
This is a scam. I have official Apple receipts as proof and the app is still on my device. I am now reporting them to Apple for fraud. RevU, I have a formal dispute open with all my details—check it and restore my tokens. STAY AWAY!

Complete scam. Waste of time. Offers are almost impossible to complete. Would take years on some of the offers.

Complete scam. Completed, the offer. Uploaded the exact documents they asked for. It was denied. They added on extra criteria after the fact. I did multiple tasks and the same result. Complete fraud. Do not waste your time.

I am writing this because Revenue Universe (RevU) is intentionally avoiding paying a valid claim. I completed the Boylesports offer on 12 Dec, 2025. I deposited £20 and wagered £10
(Bet ID #10855026583).
RevU first denied me, claiming 1 "failed to provide the date of deposit". This was a lie, as the date was clearly visible in my screenshots.
When I sent the screenshots again to prove them wrong, their support agent "Sam" changed the excuse to "no tracking found"
This is impossible because their own support portal shows the offer was "Clicked" on 12 Dec.
My timestamps match their click data perfectly.
This is bait-and-switch behavior. I have already contacted Eureka support and am filing a report with the BBB and UK Trading Standards.
Fix this and credit my account immediately.

They are scammers beware! They falsely offer promotions and refuse to honor them once the customer completes them, even with a ton of evidence. Read about them on the bbb and file a complaint with the FTC, your local attorney general, and the Florida attorney general where they are located.

A shame I can’t give 0 stars for this. It’s a scam. Item ordered never sent. AVOID!

Absolute scam , you complete an offer but the rewards never come through. I put in a support ticket , which they denied because they say I didn’t send the right proof. No way of challenging it , no way of contacting them as they don’t reply to emails. Don’t be tempted by the great offers they put up as you will spend your money and get nothing. They don’t care , they cannot be even be bothered to defend themselves on here

This place is a scam. Too many place like this out there that are legit. Why use one that is goiing to scam you. If you are not giving your credits and try to do a help ticket, you are told if you forget something or dont send enough info, you are never allowed to challenge that offer again. There is no way to contact anyone about it. No link, no number, no nothing. I sent everything i was told, i double and triple checked, and they said i missed the bottom half of a reciept (which is falsE) and now I can not even talk to them about it. WHAT A JOKE.

​This company is a total fraud. I was promised gold for a "Game of Thrones: Conquest" offer, which required me to deposit £20 and spend £10 on four different betting websites I had never heard of before. This amounted to a total loss of £80, all with the promise of a reward that never came.

​Despite providing hard evidence of every deposit and every transaction, RevU flat-out refused to pay out the gold. When I tried to escalate the issue and asked to speak to a manager or director, their customer support team refused and then simply started ignoring my messages altogether.

​I've never dealt with a company that operates with such a blatant disregard for its users. They scammed me out of £80 and then went silent. Do not trust them with your money. This is an absolute scam, and I will be reporting them to the appropriate authorities.

Scammed out of almost $100. Completed a (rather expensive) offer, and got banned from their platform with no communication on why. It was a subscription based offer, and I never canceled my subscription.

Absolute trash company and no help with their customer service. I completed their offer (which was only to install tiktok and watch one video) and they didn't even reward me for that. When I requested support they gave some BS excuse that I already had tiktok. I emailed their support and showed them proof that I had created a new account on tiktok for the offer but they still wouldn't give me my reward, so I would recommend not using this trash company for offers and going to Tapjoy instead.

I did an offer through REVU that required me to create a chewy account and make a $15+ purchase through REVU—I did. I wasn’t credited immediately, so I contacted them. Then about two weeks later my request was denied because “Purchase not completed through RevU per advertiser reporting, coupon code/referral AID non RevU.” So I did not receive my incentive for the advertised offer. Very convenient that you only get one chance to plead your case, and they can then deny you for a blatant lie.
