I did an offer through REVU that required me to create a chewy account and make a $15+ purchase through REVU—I did. I wasn’t credited immediately, so I contacted them. Then about two weeks later my request was denied because “Purchase not completed through RevU per advertiser reporting, coupon code/referral AID non RevU.” So I did not receive my incentive for the advertised offer. Very convenient that you only get one chance to plead your case, and they can then deny you for a blatant lie.

scam company with terrible customer service. don't waste your time, setup terribly. my 7 yr old could of created a better service than these idiots

You will not get what they offer you regardless of the documents you send proving your purchase. It's been 3 months, and nothing.

This company is totally petty and false advertising

Scammers at their finest. Did everything they asked and it was denied. Even with proof. So don’t waste your time .

Horrible experience with RevU. I did a paywall offer for some cat food and was not credited the offer that they guaranteed. They requested screen shots of the purchase with date/time and rejected my support ticket and said I didn’t provide them with a purchase receipt with a date and time. Avoid this company like the plague or you will lose time and money disputing the charges with your bank.

Not accurate at all and despite the many "Great Offers" they barely work and you'll have to deal with email support which they take over a month to respond. I paid money for an offer since it was the requirement and I got screwed out of the money I spent with no help nor a word from support yet. Definitely scammers

I've used them 5 times, and all 5 times they scammed me and denied my tickets. I showed bank statements with exact time receipts and literally EVERYTHING. "Request denied failed to provide evidence." Might be the worst option on the market to make a little cash. Stay away unless you like losing time AND money

I completed an offer with Revenue Universe back in June and have been fighting to get my payment ever since. After waiting for weeks with no payment, I was told my offer was rejected because I "wasn’t a new user through Revu." This is completely absurd since it was my first time using the site!

I’ve been messaging back and forth with their support for months now, and all they do is give me the runaround. Instead of resolving the issue, they decided to ban my account for “fraudulent activity,” which is just a pathetic excuse to avoid paying what they owe. They make up lies, reject valid offers, and then ban you so they don’t have to pay you.

Avoid Revenue Universe at all costs, they are a scam and waste of time. Their business practices are shady and dishonest.

I'm here to share my experience of Revenue Universe,
first thing first, i have to say that i have completed an offer on Revu and then i got chargebacked, so i have emailed them and kindly told them why i got chargebacked, show them proof of me completing the offer and all. Then they replied to me that i have already completed the offer (which i found out way later that my sibling did it without me knowing) and then just blatantly banned me from their offerwall forever. This is such little appreciatement from someone that has kindly request them to provide reasons and then i got banned for just asking for why. This is sickening.
If you guys get one-sided chargebacked with no reason. DO NOT EVER EMAIL THEM AS THEY WILL BAN YOU.

Didn't credit me for an offer, claimed advertiser couldn't confirm my sign up. If this is the case then surely they'd chase it up themselves so they get paid.

So I swore at them and they banned me. Oh well, now they definitely won't make any money from me so their loss.

Also RevU if you read this, the offer you didn't credit me for was a gambling site and I won money so thanks 👍

If I could give no stars I would. I completed their offer and was cheated out of my credits. The response was this:

Failed to meet offer requirements: Our records show you have already completed an offer with this provider. Per offer requirements, this offer is limited to new registrations only. Limit one offer per household.

They offer no chance for rebuttal and I never previously completed “the offer”. Hopefully these scumbags will get what’s coming to them in the end.

"New Customer FIRST WEB Order" actually means "Create a new account and place an order during the same session"
Apparently, logging into UberEats with my Google account to check if UberEats is available in my city already makes me a customer.
Placing my first order on any account that was logged in one time before, when UberEats becomes available in my city and I can actually place an order won't get me paid despite the offer name being "New Customer FIRST WEB Order".

Oxford Dictionary "customer" definition:
"a person or an organization that buys something from a store or business"

RevenueUniverse "customer" definition:
Browsing products through a store window makes you a customer.
Even seeing a "were closed" sign from a far distance and walking away makes you a customer if you were able to make out any item in the store window.

This was obviously done to deceive users in countries where UberEats is just entering the delivery market and is not available in the majority of cities.

I will never use RevenueUniverse again.

Not a trustworthy company. Banned for no reason, they claim fraud as excuse and do not respond directly to complaints or inquiries. They participate in deceptive practices to waste your time and money. TapJoy is a much more reputable company for offerwall rewards.

This has to be the worst reward site I have ever used. Especially with the surveys. They lie about the amount of time it takes. Then some of the survey partners will send you to multiple surveys where they ultimately tell you you aren't qualified in spite of finishing all the surveys. (So they collect all your answers but don't pay out) Then RevU only lets you contact them on a few select offerings. Also, the total rewards they have given you is less than the sum of what was claimed rewarded on the details.

Terrible I don’t know which company it is but I will find it and I will let my opinion be known because RevU is disgusting. It’s a complete garbage website and do not listen to any of the other comments talking about it. Nice no it’s not. I have plenty of proof and if it’s needed, I will provide it, these people in your face and waste your time and you still won’t receive anything for all the bull crap that they put you through stop partnering with revenue universe, because they are not a good company to be with. They will not oblige your customers or your advertisements or your revenue.

I Started an offer and struggled to complete it, though I did complete it and spent money on it. I haven’t got credited at all, so revu owes me 35$ I was promised for it. I tried to contact them and it looks like they’ve banned me from using support. They’re not responding to emails at all. Useless company

RevU declined my task, supposedly I’m not a new player, but I’ve never downloaded the game Board Kings and I downloaded it for the first time to earn money, and I also donated my money there. All that remains are negative emotions, a waste of time, it is impossible to contact support and appeal. I do not advise

After two weeks waiting for a response, they disqualified me from the offer (which I fully fulfilled), according to them for having already completed the task, I have only been using the application for two weeks (which I will not say the name, it is not their fault) and it is the only one offer wall that proposed this task to me
