After two weeks waiting for a response, they disqualified me from the offer (which I fully fulfilled), according to them for having already completed the task, I have only been using the application for two weeks (which I will not say the name, it is not their fault) and it is the only one offer wall that proposed this task to me

A complete sham and waste of people's time, this is implemented in to a game I play kingdoms at war. I've installed apps and done questionnaires from this company and not received and of the nobility points . Asking for screen shots I give but only to be denied what a waste of my time.

Task was exepted but no payout. No support available. So its a scam website.

i submitted a report for content that did not honor their agreement with a screen shot of me completed it and they denied me because the game (obviously) says i did not reach it. whats the point of uploading MY PROOF if its completely disregarded?

Completed offer in PIMD, did not receive credit, sent screenshots of completed offer DECLINED WTH!?!

Completed several Offers from Revenue Universe through Offernation web site. None of which ever credited. I contacted Offernation support and got a quick response that I had to contact Revenue Universe because Revenue Universe had not paid them for the tasks I had done even though they could see I had completed them. So I sent a support ticket and heard nothing. After 3 weeks which was actually what their site says you will have to wait to get a support response, I finally get a brief message from them telling me I need to contact Offernation because they were not responsible for offernation not paying me. I again contact offernation support who quickly got back to me that they had received nothing at all from Revenue Universe for the offers I completed. So I sent in another support ticket to Revenue Universe. This time after 2 more weeks and nothing I reported them to the better business bureau and asked for the $7.30 I was owed. I attached screen shots of the support messages from offernation and revenue universe showing where offernation stated they verified I completed the offers but Revenue Universe had never paid them to pay me. After about 3 days of me filing complaint online with BBB, I log in to offernation with a credit on my account for exactly the $7.30 I was owed and had never gotten. I also received an email of an update to my complaint with BBB. I was allowed to read their response to my complaint. Revenue Universe first claimed I never did the offers. Then stated they didn't have time to deal with petty complaints and since it was only a small amount, that they had now paid me for the tasks I was referring to and that they were also blocking my IP address from ever being able to access any of their offers again. They are nothing but Pirates and I've learned from using several online rewards sites over the years that I'm far from the first person they have refused to pay for months and months. Just looked at their BBB record!

Totally scammer platform declined even all offers with clear evidence of payment made to fulfill offers requirements avoid at all costs don't waste your time and money horrible people

Completed an offer fair and square and got declined for no reason.

Emailed them about it twice and both emails were ignored. I give up.

I'm closing the account I opened in connection with the offer on the basis that the offer never actually existed in the first place.

He did not pay for the 2 offers I completed, I sent all the evidence. They blocked me I wasted my time and money This is totally unfair

unlike AdGate and OfferToro, these guys always paid me.

Idk about the whole company, but I had a "support" experience with a person named Savannah, and she was 10/10 5 stars 2 thumbs up.

Scam artists, nothing more. They refuse to pay for offers completed, ignore full screenshot/video evidence. They even try to blame the advertiser and when you go direct to the advertiser and get full confirmation, documented proof of your completion, Rev U blocks/bans you lol. Pathetic, childish behaviour, anything so they don't have to pay customers.

Upon research it seems to be a recurring theme with many users having similar experiences, just check out the reddit threads and complaints to the better business bureau. You can see their childish, bitter teenage responses on top of empty threats.

Summarizes their service. Funnily enough they initially ignore you for weeks, months and don't respond until you of course you mention the BBB. Avoid!!

Surveoo offer: completed requirements but advertiser claims invalid data to confirm, so no credit. Meanwhile, surveoo gets the data.

Revenue Universe generally works, but communication is literally 1 way and there's no ability to clarify anything if required.

Encourage users to publicize failed offers elsewhere, to spread the word.

I have gotten banned for submitting "fraudulent" claims to their support team, which is blatantly incorrect. I have offers that I have completed that have not been credited at all. I need my money back, and need to get unbanned, as I have done nothing to warrant it.

Terrible customer service, I contacted them after I wasn't rewarded an offer on casharcade and a couple days later it was denied. They said I didn't provide everything that I provided and didn't contact me letting me know what i was missing or how to get it. I thought customer service was supposed to be helpful but their offerwall ticket is pretty vague. They should let you know if what I provided was insufficient before sending it to the game company.

Customer service was excellent. If you are nice and professional and have your bases covered, they will help you and get you squared away. Keep in mind that these people deal with a lot of scammers and that puts them on guard a bit in their automated messaging and FAQs.

Massive scam of a company, I completed an offer on merge dragons for $99 and once I completed it they said that I’m not a new player through Rev U.
I have never played that game in my life so how does that work 😂

They blocked me with no reason several years ago and refuse to respond. Weird company.

They won’t reward for offers I completed & are always lying
