DO NOT TRUST, this site allows a company to highlight a positive review with a gold cup icon, which supersedes any negative review, that has a more recent time or date stamp, very misleading

Once again Watling tyres supplied a excellent service in providing a quick response on replacing a punctured tyre on my Mercedes car vey highly recommended

I've received an item I have purchased I've checked my account s and doesn't seem to have paid for this .. who is this Gavin Tsao the email address givin isn't even a real email address... can somebody share any ideas please ...

I ordered a pair of toenail clippers from them on 2 February and they got my money on that date too.I still have not received them and today is 16th March!!! When I track the order it says
"On the Way new expected delivery date: between
20 February - 27 February
I regret that I did not get the same thing from Amazon far cheaper and I would have received them ages ago! I will never buy from them again!

I also received a piece of elastic instead of a good mixer

Just received a parcel from Gavin Tsao of RAWLS, Unit 8 Poyle Rd, Slough. It was a roll of wire wool described as 'kitchen clean the ball'. I never ordered this & now need to check where this money/order has been taken from

Like others received a parcel of wire wool, which I had not ordered, from Gavin Tsao at R and W, Unit 2 , Willow Road.. no contact details, have thrown item in the bin and I am now checking to see if any reviews have been left using my name

I've just received, what on the package says 'car towels but is,actually a strip of elastic with 2 bits of velcro, from, GAVIN TSAO, RAWLS, UNIT 8, POYLE RD, SLOUGH, SL3 0BH.
Never ordered it, don't know how I paid for it, which is the worrying part....I'll pop it in the bin

This was a horrible experience. First they sent me a top I did not order and did not fit too small. Had nerve to offer I pay for all return costs and customs to china instead of uk. And give me a 15,% credit so I can have the top altered what???this is the worst overseas experience I've had. Don't use them ..too good to be true!!!

requested to publish a completely fabricated review under my name created without my consent or input.
They intentionally make it difficult to login to remove it. On requested removal they said they would set it to anonymous not delete it, even though it was false.
Upon logging in I could see an old 2 star review I had written had been removed by the company I reviewed.
They are blatantly letting companies add positive fake reviews and delete negative ones, scamming the consumer.

Tried to set up an account with reviews.io, during a registration process been informed that the platform not free and I have to pay some fee to keep my companies name in there.
While had a conversation with the review.io representative tried to find out the benefits of having my company in there, and been informed by the lady on a phone that with them I can delete 1-star reviews. WOW!!! in my opinion, if you're an honest service and providing excellence in your trade the last thing that you want to do is to pay money to someone who will keep all costumers opinions in one place...

Reviews.co.uk is a completely fake website, reviews are made up lies. Please steer well clear

Gave a 1* review to a company, but it never appeared - Even though review was clear, polite and factually correct.
It seems as though some companies are able to get bad reviews removed from reviews.co.uk.

I recently used a company called Rightio Electrics Nottingham for an emergency service. I trusted they must be good as they got a very high rating (92%!) from reviews.co.uk. But I was so wrong. Rightio sent in an inexperienced electrician who spent ages and couldn't resolve the issue and I ended up having to pay a bill of over £700 (5 hours at £119 plus VAT per hour). I wrote to Reviews.co.uk and told them that I wanted to give a review about the service from Rightio. They asked me for a copy of the invoice as proof of service, which I sent to them straightaway. But it has been nearly two weeks, they never bother to get back to me. I can't help thinking that they didn't want me to leave a negative review and upset their client. How atrocious! I would never trust reviews by Reviews.co.uk!!!

Alan from CB Domestics, Salisbury was punctual, polite and able to repair my fan oven within 20 minutes. I shall definitely use CBDomestics again.
