Not clear on website that books are not physical books. Refuse to refund even after repeated asking.

I bought a bull bar for my car which didn’t fit so I returned it. The company admitted receipt of the return on November 15th 2018 and are currently refusing to refund my £99.95 because they can’t find the eBay order number. A family member phoned to try and help me get my money back but the man she spoke to continually spoke over her, refused to listen or provide any constructive help and then put the phone down. An absolutely dreadful experience and appalling customer service. I would award no stars if it was an option. Dreadful company.

Ive used this company for a couple of years now, love the widget options for the website. Simple easy to use, customer service have been good when ive contacted them.

Cannot leave poor reviews and when you do they ask for your account number to verify you’re genuine!! Haha what an absolute joke! 75% 5 star reviews for a site that got 0% here on trustpilot, fake fake fake all of them. USE TRUSTPILOT PEOPLE!!!

Fradulent websites will have 5 star ratings everywhere. If a website uses this website to show how good they are, ignore it and come here to check the real ratings.

No issues - was able to leave an honest review on the site. I suspect that a lot of the negative reviews are from businesses that have had negative reviews left about them and can’t pay to have it removed!

NO PROOF Provided ....I have been trying 5 months with this company to have a review removed and they are claiming they have proof. The problem is what the client is saying, we charge £300 for our referrals is complete rubbish as we have never charged £300 , there is no merit in it. They have refused to provide the proof and will not co-operate at all just saying they have spoken to the client. They suggested I respond to the feedback but when you click on the link to respond, it takes you to LinkedIn and there is no way to leave a response. They ultimately want me to sign up and pay them money for company reviews and they will then delete the poor feedback. Very suspicious characters and very unpleasant to deal with. The company Director, Callum has no care apart from for making money and it is disgusting. Fake reviews should be banned and this company should be looked into by the ICO, Callum has so much as said he doesn't care about the ICO and just said I should respond to it but again, there is no way to! Stay away from this company... far away! In my opinion, they are liars and manipulators and they should not be trading.

Jesswann.co.uk doesn’t exist it’s a fake Chinese company who is only interested in stealing your money just try and find contact details or an address on the web page, bunch of scumbags

Just to put all your mind at ease we're using review.co.uk platform as review collection platform and all reviews are displayed without difference of rating. Only difference it is the way this is set up, or who left the review. As you may only be able to see the reviews on the platform or if settings are different you'll see the reviews also on the platforms where the collector has decided to have them displayed.

If anyone has any doubts I can give my account as example and we have collected so far just over 1000 reviews, and they all have been displayed.

Would give them no stars if possible there remove all negative reviews. Someone need to investigate this. Well I have sent an email to watch dog detailing what they doing dont believe a word on there. You have been warned.

Trying to add a negative review in relation to a business and it wont let me. Funny that!

Website is a sham - paid for by the site in question, who only send you a review e-mail when they provide good service. No way to leave a review on them otherwise.

Don't listen to the reviews on there, they are 100% biased.

I originally gave reviews.co.uk a poor review, I wrote a negative review for Online Urban Apparel didn't appear on their website.
I contacted them to ask why my review hadn't been published, they responded very quickly initially. Unfortunately they didn't respond very quickly to my further e-mails, this lead me to believe that they were only publishing positive reviews about Online Urban Apparel (who took my money but never delivered the goods).
After a few days Callum (company CEO) came back to me and asked to see my proof of purchase and he would investigate. He quickly got to the bottom of the problem, they work with Urban Apparel the company who ripped me off were Urban Online Apparel.

Upon finding this out he was able to find my review, it has since been published to their website.

I deleted my original review on reviews.co.uk and replaced with this one, in the end they engaged with me and was able to find out why the misunderstanding occurred. Callum was helpful and you have to give credit where credit is due, I didn't give 5 stars due to the slow response in the early e-mails.

Some of the reviews on this page are clearly not about reviews.co.uk, Trustpilot should clean up the page so its accurate.

Avoid them
They sent me not the item I ordered, not even worth the money I payed.
I sent it back but they don’t want to give me my money back!

Sham website, do not trust. Posted review through their email and it is yet to go live. Small and new companies with thousands of positive reviews within hours/days. Not possible.

Completely fake . . . A sham, run as a business for businesses.

Any company using Reviews.co.uk as their preferred review site linked to their website is most likely not worth doing business with.

Simply unbelievable. I noticed a competitor of ours get over 100 4 and 5: star review overnight about 2 years ago. I was a bit worried thinking, wow they must be destroying me. Nope. Since then very few and largely bad YET because of the hundred+ presumably fake reviews their score is still great. It's a bit silly.

Other weird thing. On reviews.co.uk you can sort by positive reviews.co.uk you can sort by most recent...or highest rated. That says a lot...why can't you sort by negative reviews, why only positive?

Gotta admit I cannot help but question the authenticity of their reviews.i saw over 100 (out of a total of 136 two years later, what happened to the huge one day popularity?) appear overnight, these have to be fake no question. If the team can explain I am more than happy to adjust my review but my guess is they won't...

We've been using Reviews.co.uk for over a year and find their simple integrations take care of all our product and company reviews. If you have a support query, they are very proactive and responsive, it seems nothing is too much trouble.

Having looked at all authoritative providers before signing up with Reviews.co.uk we feel that we made the right choice. #Winning

It seems TrustPilot allow all sorts of reviews to be left for a company that are totally irrelevant to the business. So if you're reading this you should probably ignore the ones complaining about products, they don't sell hats or fitstrap's.
