We'd been thinking of using a review platform for a while and came across reviews.co.uk after buying a small item online and being sent a very professional-feeling review request via their platform.

Far cheaper than others ( had one quote of £1200 per month ) and reviews.co.uk have been perfect from start to finish and we did all the integration in less than a day.

Dreadful service! Do not touch with a barge Pole! I have been waiting a month for my fitstrap. Allegedly two have been sent but as I have received nothing to date, I am beginning to doubt this! What a shame as they sound so genuine! Emails all sound the business, but they just don’t do what they say they are going to do! I have asked now for a full refund! Some hope!

I actually moved from Trustpilot to these guys. After two months post setup I can report that everything has been really fluid, and as a small business, the packages they offer are really good value and deliver a lot more than just reviews. The customer service has been great - every time there has been an issue they go and get it sorted out. If I have one gripe, it is just that creating a bespoke invitation for reviews can be a bit technically demanding to go beyond the normal layouts, however once done it all works nicely. They also have a link you can put in emails to the review, meaning you don't go to spam. And the best thing is that my clients are all leaving feedback - their own feedback being it is quick and easy to use. So I would recommend.

Fantastic company they are there to please had a kitchen fitted about 10years ago ,still as good as new ,had wardrobes fitted about 11years ,ago just found out a month ago the doors were faulty the covering was coming off, the company was excellent replaced all doors without a quibble ,they are a great family firm , would recommend a 100% !!

The company buys emails from lists. Got an email today saying thanks for purchasing a holiday through a company even though I never used them.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

reviews.co.uk is a site full of fake reviews that are curated by the companies themselves. The companies listed pay reviews.co.uk for their services. Don't believe a word.

Bellbusksaddlery.co.uk company is fraudulent. I purchased a pair of Hoka One running shoes and I received a very cheap pair of Nike shoes. They also charged my Visa for more than was on the order online which i took a screen shot of as they did not follow up with a receipt of my order by email. After numerous attempts to get this resolved at their end none have proved to be successful. If I could give them zero stars I would. I will only buy with PayPal for future online transactions as they protect your purchases. So disappointed.

Got ripped off by a tax rebate scam.
This site shows reviews from there all of which are positive. None mention the absurd 40%+VAT fee.

SCAM!!! Got sent the wrong hat. Cheap knock off. No way of contacting the company, took more money than what was agreed out of my account! On top of that, I got charged import tax! I contacted my bank as soon as I was aware it might be a scam and wasn't sent an email confirmation but the money had gone out of my account from China! But UK website with no contact information. I filled out a contact form but was never contacted!

Be aware! Don't use this site!

Waste of time leaving a review
What’s the point of people leaving reviews ,when the next day the bad ones are deleted??
One company had loads of bad reviews one minute the next at least 40 bad reviews were deleted too leave it showing all good reviews

So what’s the point ???

Bought some shoes from 2regtra co uk . I received an email receipt from them but was charged £20 more than what they said. I had to contact them by email to find out when the shoes would arrive (which took 3weeks). When they did arrive they were the wrong shoes. This is when the real trouble started, I can only contact them by email, they dont have an address. They tried to negotiate telling me to keep the shoes and they would refund me 15% of what they charged. When I said no they then tried to refund me 20%.
I have told them a number of times that the mistake was theirs, not mine and they should be accepting the shoes back and either give me the correct shoes if they have them, or a refund. But now they appear to be ignoring me.
I have learned my lesson, do not purchase anything from a website that is only contactable by email and does not display an address or phone number. There are a lot of them out there and after speaking with my bank, who stated that they present as being UK based and are quite devious, that when buying anything off the internet use a credit card as it is easier to get help when pursing the bogus business.

DIGITAL DOWNLOAD NO CODES SENT THROUGH, PRETTY SURE THIS IS A SCAM, SENT EMAILS WITH NO REPLY BACK AND USED CONTACT FORM ON WEBSITE VERY DISSAPOINTED DO NOT USE

ABSOLUTE SCAM. The glasses I purchased online IN NO WAY look like the glasses I received. Like not even a little. They didn't send me the wrong item this is simply a joke of a website. I guess their prices are cheap enough that they get away with ripping $20 off everyone for total crap.

I would read the reviews left on this page with a pinch of sault as they are clearly NOT regarding Reviews.co.uk. I suspect more than a little foul play here trustpilot.

The team and company have been nothing but perfect although new we have no complaints to date.

Allow there site to be used for revenge reviews .tried for months to get them to remove reviews about my biz but they refuse to remove or let me reply. Shameful smug employees seem to think there better than hard working people trying to earn a living. .
All you need is a email and any old recipt and off you go say who you like.
Iv lost my ranking on Google nearly going bust but these's smug little snobs think there doing some sort of important job. There not they are just blackmailing small hard working people to pay to reply to revenge posts

In any case, easy to use system, got stars on my google ads and organic listings in no time and at a very reasonable price. All 100% genuine customer reviews, thanks to the free Woocommerce plugin.

Also requested that one review get moderated, as they had clearly mixed our company up with another (ie. products we don't actually sell) and they immediately removed it.

stay away from these thieves. they robbed me of my $39.99. Whatever nonsense they are selling is not working and they made me delete my other licensed products

Thieves and liars. Ordered sandals got boots. Offered 10% refund. I did nothing wrong but get duped. Went dark when i refused this ridiculous offer. Scam - avoid

This shambles of a company operates 2 review models.

Firstly, if you DON'T PAY them £150 a month they will not let you moderate the phony fake negative reviews for your company.

Secondly, if you DO PAY £150 a month they will let you delete the negative reviews of your company so you appear to better than you really are.

Essentially, this company uses fake negative reviews to hold your company to ransom. Paying them off allows you to look good.
