Fabulous food and cocktails, however drinks took 20 minutes to get to our table and the food took an hour. When trying to pay we stood at the bar for 10 minutes whilst barman dealt with another custom... See more

We did the cocktail making at Newcastle and the host was brilliant. Really good fun and so friendly. Really made the experience. Thank you.

Great place!
Went for lunch (Renfield St, Glasgow) and absolutely loved it. Staff were friendly, food and cocktails were delicious, price was reasonable. Would definitely recommend.
Will always choose this establishment…
Will always choose this establishment for bottomless brunch. Dylan is always the best sever and why wouldn't we come here again 😘
Slow service
Slow service, as in very slow, a few of the cocktails were nice but got the cuban sangria and it was mostly ice, tasted like non alcoholic punch. Food was poor, would not recommend, staff definitely overstretched
5 stars for Cardiff's bar
5 stars for Cardiff's bar. Paige was a great hostess and made sure we always had a steady flow of drinks at our bottomless brunch. Nice food, all in all, a great afternoon out.

Had a terrible visit for Father's day…
Had a terrible visit for Father's day in June at the Milton Keynes branch. Service was so slow we almost missed our theatre show and the food was bland. Wrote a complaint email and left a bad review following an email invite and still no one has been in touch. It even says when submitting the complaint and review that someone will be in touch. Who? When? Terrible.
Derby - avoid at all costs!
First of all this isn’t feedback it’s a complaint.
We went in for food and drinks this Sunday just gone. It was understaffed with only 1 person on the bar and 1 serving food. First of all, that’s terrible as it was extremely slow service and due to that ate into our time of the cocktails until 7.
Next issue we had was we were sent £10 off spending £30 vouchers. These were declined to be used as it was in conjunction with the tapas off. Now first of all, the email didn’t state it couldn’t be used with that offer only that a tapas needed to be included and that it was a minimum spend of £30. I also have a screenshot of this which I showed the manager who said ‘nope that’s wrong’ even though it was in black and white! We then said well don’t include the offer and we will just pay for tapas as individually priced. This was also refused. My mum whose birthday it was had a 25% off voucher. We tried to use that, again refused. Any voucher or offer we had was refused. When we pointed out to staff who agreed it didn’t state what we showed in the t+c agreed however the manager point blank refused.
Our final complaint is a couple next to us had ordered 2 cocktails in their 2 4 1 deal and paid however had to leave after his wife was poorly. They informed the manager to give us the cocktails as they had been paid. When we chased this up the manager denied this ever happening.
So overall my mums birthday was ruined by you, we spent in excess of £200 with you and we couldn’t use any of the vouchers you’ve sent us. It was an absolute disgrace.
We have been going to Cuba de revs for over 10 years now and it’s absolutely gone downhill. We will be going elsewhere to enjoy our celebrations and family time as you clearly don’t care about your customers, let alone loyal ones and your ‘offers’ sent out are a complete scam and lie as your staff just refuse to accept them and won’t tell you that until the bill comes!
They also ignore your emails or complaints so i’m making this very public on social media warning others of your sham of a company!
Shame on you!
Kept waiting ages for ordered drinks via app.
Visited the Liverpool bar and ordered 2 cocktails via app. Waited 20 mins with no drinks so asked at bar and waitress just said they should be on their way out soon. I then noticed our drinks ready on the bar which she confirmed was ours rather than checking on wether they were ready or not. So they’d been sat there for a while whilst we were waiting. And the drinks had so much ice that there was very little drink in them. Poor customer service and pricy for very little drink. Was very busy but should have had more staff so customers aren’t kept waiting. Won’t be returning to this or any other of your bars.
Rude
Rude. Obnoxious bald doorman.
Not what you would expect In modern day Glasgow.
Well recommended for a hen party.
Been to Newcastle today for a hen party celebration and all had an amazing time. Food was exceptional and we had a person with a garlic allergy and they catered for her too. Was like a banquet and couldn’t be finished.
Well recommended.

Food disgusting went for brunch and cocktails, cocktails good food disgusting and inedible got a dried up burger on a bread bun, no salad on the burger, had to pay extra if you wanted cheese on burger also extra for fries.
MANCHESTER REV de CUBA - AVOID!!
Wish I could give Rev de Cuba Manchester 0 stars!! My hen party was ruined after we were promised live music and salsa dancing ang got a horrendous DJ. We had to pre pay fir drinks including several bottles of prosecco at £55 each and bottle of gin at £155 which we tried to take with us when we left early, having spent £450 already! The bouncers grabbed my 60 year old sister's arm and snatched it off her, refusing to let us take it out, so basically they will resell what we bought!! Theft at it's worst!!!
Disappointed and won't be back
Had booked a table in advance as we had to be elsewhere after. Ordered food and then had a long wait, when I asked where our food was I was told my order has not been put through so can i order something else. Wondered how long we would have been left waiting if I hadn't asked. My friends food arrived, no sign of mine. Told waitress we didn't have time to wait now so just wanted the bill which also never arrived, went to bar on way out and said we were really disappointed as my food never arrived and we got our 2 soft drinks for free and a discount on the dish my friend had. Waitresses were nice but service awful.
Afternoon tea
Had afternoon tea. Food really tasty & much better than we expected. Couldn't fault service (Jo and Vincent) - very efficient and cheerful. Would highly recommend for a change from the normal.
“Pup Up” café
We went for the “Pup Up” café, and it was fantastic. Friendly staff, friendly dogs, friendly guests. We felt very welcomed and accommodated. My partner and I both have mental health conditions and the staff treated us fantastically, made us both feel comfortable and settled. We will be back!

Came for the pug/dachshund event & had a great time! The atmosphere was amazing & the drinks were great and affordable. Would definitely recommend :)
Very disappointing food service visit
We have been past customers and always been happy with the food/service, so when a chosen visit to Manchester Rev de Cuba was booked via a Red Letter gift, we were looking forward to it. Sadly the visit was extremely disappointing. We booked for a Tuesday night about 5 pm, thus it was not that busy. We ordered two cocktails from the table service which took a long time to arrive. Food was ordered relatively quickly - we ordered five tapas plus bread and fries with the order. When the food did arrive four out of five tapas dishes arrived. We made mention to the nice staff of the outstanding ordered items. We could not fault the food we had. We sat there after finishing our four tapas dishes - when some of the remaining dishes from our order came out! Too late then! Not sure what happened to No.5 tapas dish as only the bread and fries had been brought out! The polite staff pointed out that some of the order had been missed, even though it was all taken together and the kitchen was short staffed. We left hungry and disappointed, especially as this had been a present and pre-booked. We were offered two cocktails as an apology which we did not take up to be fair, mainly because we had waited so long in the first place for our first and only cocktail. It is the first visit there that we had not only left very disappointed and hungry but only had one drink! No revisit planned!
Birthday letdown
Booked a meal for birthday after sitting there for hour told there was no food. We had payed £20 bar tab which we haven’t had back. We had travelled to come here and were treated awful
We booked a table but couldn’t stay for…
We booked a table but couldn’t stay for the meal that we were looking forward to, due to the horrendous noise… we couldn’t hear each other speak! There is nothing Cuban about Scottish singers belting out tunes, while people are trying to eat. I’m at a loss and very disappointed, particularly as I was also given a voucher as a Xmas present to dine here and we thought we would try it out before using the Buy a Gift Voucher. Unfortunately other than pictures of Cuba, there is no authentic atmosphere and the staff interaction we had was poor. Probably best suited to stag & hen parties. In addition, don’t fall for the discount code scam by giving them your details, as it doesn’t appear!
