We worked with Mary Jordan-fearns to get a mortgage. She made the process so much easier than going into the bank and applying and trying to find a good deal. I would highly recommend Mary to anyone who is looking to get a mortgage or remortgage.

Mary @ RFT was absolutely fantastic. I cannot give her a high enough rating, my girlfriend and I are first time buyers who had a tricky ride of it due to furlough and pandemic woes. Mary was amazing through the process, guiding us every step of the way, always making time to explain what was happening when, and why. We were kind of clueless as we went through the process so she was incredibly patient and gave us the confidence we needed. She was upfront about the challenges we’d face given the situation, but worked tirelessly to get us the mortgage for our home that we completed on at the end of Jan 2021. 6 stars, not 5. I can recommend her unreservedly.

Despite having a very short window for exchanging and being first time buyers, Janda was fantastic and led us the whole way through our mortgage application, insurance applications and even stepped in to keep communication between ourselves and our estate agent moving. Janda reassured us at every step of the process to make sure we understood what we needed to do next and why we needed to provide certain bits of evidence, nothing was assumed and it helped immensely having someone like her in our corner. She showed us all the mortgage options we asked for and even reworked our budget in a way we had never considered to make sure we got a more competitive mortgage, work that means we’ll save hundreds of pounds in the coming months and years. Janda has been our mortgage advisor for over two years now. I would thoroughly recommend her and will continue to use her services in the future.
