Janda is amazing, so helpful, knowledgeable, efficient and supportive. The whole transaction was smooth from start to finish and as a first time buyer it was great to have someone on side I could trust. I've never met anyone who is so passionate about mortgages and delivering a first rate service. I would highly recommend her and know I'll be sticking with her when remortgaging and looking to buy again in the future.

This is now my 3rd time using Right first time. Nicola Skinner is my broker and has been, it felt, by my side throughout all of the processes and such a great support. Her communication is exemplary and nothing is ever too much trouble, even when we have all been going through these challenging times. She provides sound oversight and options, to find products/matches to suit and gives honest feedback. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Mary has been our Mortgage Broker for over 4 years now. She helped us buy our first home and is helping us currently buy our dream family home! Moving is stressful and overwhelming and Mary somehow manages to make it so easy. She deals with all your mortgage and protection needs for you and explains it in a way that is simple and easy to understand. Its important to us we have someone we trust dealing with such an important part of our lives. It doesnt get much more personal than sharing your bank statements and health information with someone and we trust Mary completely and have never felt judged. From start to finish Mary was an absolute joy to work with. Moving house is a stressful period at the best of times but doing so during the Covid-19 outbreak made things ten times worse. Mary always put us at ease reassuring us that everything was fine and that we would end up in our dream home. She even explained things when our solicitor left us in the dark regarding certain aspects of the purchase. We completed on 12/06/2020 and can't thank Mary enough for all her hard work.

The house buying process has been stressful - specifically with Covid 19 and the moving delays, however Mary made us feel at ease and would always be there to answer our questions, she talked us through the best mortgage options and was very knowledgeable and extremely professional throughout.
