Had been looking around for a while at various vehicles on various websites as I was looking to change my present vehicle.Cars were coming through from Richard Nash Cars which looked nice cars at some good prices . As I'm not local to Norwich I kept looking but kept getting drawn back to a particular car on Richard Nash Car Site . I done some Internet searching and kept getting positive views on this car site . I made initial enquires by email and was pleased with response from Luke so arranged a viewing.We traveled from Coventry to the site . We was given the keys to look around the vehicle on our own with no hard sell or pressure. We had a good look around the vehicle and was pleased with what we was viewing . We went back in located Luke who arranged an unaccompanied test drive which we thought was very nice . We went off on test drive and it soon became apparent that this was a nice vehicle .We returned to the showroom where we sat down with Luke to discuss the vehicle and our pt ex on present vehicle . Discussion went very well Luke was a true gentleman and a deal was struck to buy the vehicle . All through the process we never felt any sales pressure and looking back it was a nice sales experience ( you can't say that at a lot of garages ). Paperwork sorted car ready for us that day to drive back to Coventry in . Everyone we met at showroom was very pleasant it truly was a good experience hopefully the car turns out to be a good long term investment. Well done to all at Richard Nash Cars we will certainly return and recommend there services to others.

I bought a Ford puma car from luke, who was very friendly and experienced. He wasn't pushy and was very helpful throughout the process.

I had an issue with the car a week after I bought it so I rang up straight away, the team came straight out to look at the car and rectified it the same day, I was really thankful.

Buying a car can be one of the most stressful and expensive experiences but Luke from sales @ Richard Nash cars made life so easy. Paul the manager was also brilliant.

AMAZING!! I brought my new car from Richard Nash today and I couldn't be happier! Steve was kind enough to collect me from the train station as I'm not local to Norwich - nothing was too much trouble!! The company's customer service was exemplary and I would recommend this garage to anyone! Thank you again to all the staff for making the whole experience exciting and seamless - I'm now a very happy driver!!

After searching around other local 'dealers' and finding their stock was poor with obvious though mostly hidden issues, it was a breath of fresh air to deal with Luke at Richard Nash.

I gave him around 10 minutes notice before turning up to inspect the car! He managed to get it valeted and ready to inspect, even offering the use of the ramp and torch if needed.

This is a firm that has nothing to hide, whilst others did not like me looking under the vehicle or having a very deep look, Luke actually egged me on!

There was no rush, no hard sell or even messing around; the car was ready to go same day, and has been an absolute joy to drive since.

Not only the best car I've ever bought, but also the very best experience.

I have just bought a Subaru XV from Richard Nash Cars, the most recent of a number of cars I have bought from them over the years. Long term stalwart, Steve Allen, was as friendly, helpful and efficient as ever. The car was impressively prepared for collection, with everything there that should have been. I was not surprised, though that said it was very welcome after a bruising experience that I recently had with one of their main rivals. Some of us never learn!

I recently bought a Fiat 500x from them.
I dealt with Steve who was really professional and friendly. The customer service was faultless and the paperwork dealt with efficiency.

I bought my new VW golf recently and I absolutely love it. The price was great, Luke was very helpful throughout the whole process of the purchase. Luke was extremely helpful and straightforward to deal with. On the day I collected the car, the sales manager collected me from the train station. On returning home with the car, a warning light appeared. We reported it to Richard Nash and they arranged the following week to collect the car from our home (we live 1 1/2 hours away) and take it back for repair and brought it back the next day. The car has been excellent ever since.

Bought car on the net with full deposit refund if not happy. Well, car exceeded my expectations and Steve made the whole transaction smooth and effortless. He certainly is a credit to his company and I will not hesitate to consider them in the future for further purchases.

Luke Skilton did a great job - what an asset to Richard Nash Cars he is! Nothing was too much bother, everything was done as agreed and the car was very well presented when I came to collect it. Mark W. Has been amazing through out the whole car buying process. I’ve hated having to find a car, that was until I came to Richard Nash mousehold. He was brilliant from the initial hello, never pushy, always professional, informative and helpful.
Got a great price for my part exchange, and the paperwork and swap over of tax etc was all done for me, making this very easy and stress free.
All the work that Mark said would be done on the car I was buying eg. Scratches removed etc. was done and to a very high standard. The car looked amazing when I picked it up.

Mark Atkins at Richard Nash Cars, Norwich was fantastic, couldn't have asked for more. We had seen the Rav 4 online and decided to take a look. Mark does not push you into buying a vehicle, he will show you round, explain anything you need to know (believe me, being a lady, I did ask lots and he was very patient with me) and he comes out with you on the test dive. He'll then give you plenty of time on your own to carry on looking, but is also available if you have more questions. I've now had the Rav 4 for nearly 2 months and can safely say, I would definitely recommend Mark at Richard Nash Cars, Norwich. He's a friendly, down to earth, approachable guy and knows his stuff, couldn't ask for more. I'm loving the New Rav 4 by the way. Thank you :) S&G

Really great experience, car is great so far and Luke and Jim were really helpful.
The car was in good condition, I did point out a couple of things I wanted fixing but to be fair they were promptly sorted hence I will give the full 5 stars.
