Had a serious discussion with Steve about my trade in value against the car i was interested in.However the boss mans son put the tin hat on it.I asked Steve if there was any future developements to call me,which he did.
And i must say we had a good chat and Rosemary and i done the deal.We are very happy with the Vauxhall.Just a shame we could have not done it on the first day,if we had it would have saved us a 70 mile round trip.But i finally i must say Steve was a complete professional,polite,on top of his job and a proper decent guy Just a shame his hands are tied.5 stars to the man.

We recently purchased our new (to us) Kia from Richard Nash Cars and overall the buying experience was fantastic!

After seeing the car advertised on Auto Trader, we made a quick call to gather a little more information, speaking and dealing with Luke through the entire process. He was absolutely brilliant throughout, answering our calls and responding to our many questions, pulling out all of the stops to ensure that the car was immaculately presented on arrival. We'd travelled close to 200 miles to view and test drive the car before making our purchase and Luke went the extra mile to ensure that our part exchange and new purchase were completed swiftly, meaning we could be back on the road and heading home in our new car within a matter of hours!

Throughout the entire process, all telephone calls were answered swiftly, questions answered honestly and when they say they're going to phone back, they really do phone back! Car buying can be a daunting process but we were made to feel totally at ease, there were no hard selling techniques and we were left to look around and test drive the car at our leisure. Luke was very personable and our 1 year old had a great time interacting with him over the desk!

10/10 all around and should we be looking for another car in the future, despite the distance Richard Nash Cars is the first place we will look!

Myself and my partner have just brought a new car from Richard Nash family car centre. From the moment we arrived, everything was very professional. We were given the keys to look around the car, and left alone, there wasn't any pressure or pushing us for a sale.
We traded our old car in and got a fair price.

Bought a Ford Kuga at the Family Sales Center in Norwich.
Mark was very helpful although had a lengthy script he had to follow on various insurances Richard Nash sell, which was a little tiresome, not Mark's fault he was most professional in his interactions with my wife & I.
The car is great, and received a competitive deal from Richard Nash cars.
This is a minor thing, but may impact other potential customers i.e. the sales office (a large portacabin) has seen better days, it's metal door (hinge broken) was dragging across the ground, the carpet tiles were filthy and the toilets need an upgrade.
This has no impact on the qaulity of car I bought, but just smacks of penny pinching and leaves me the customer potentially having second thoughts.
It was only Mark that kept my interest otherwise I was leaving.

I have recently bought a Ford Focus from Richard Nash based at Vulcan Road. I can honestly say it was the best experience I have had purchasing a car. Steve Allen was very helpful and not at all pushy. He explained everything in detail and answered any questions. I would highly recommend. Well done Steve.

Excellent service, we found a car we like but lived 180miles away when we arrived at the showroom Luke made us feel very welcome, the car was exactly as described on the phone and in the advert. Due to the miles we travelled the sale and part exchange was completed in a day so we didn't have to travel back at a later date. Luke was very knowledgeable and very efficient but not pushy like some car salesmen. I would recommend this company and the service they provide especially if you live a distance away.

We saw the vehicle on Autotrader from Richard Nash Cars and paid a £99 holding deposit to them. When we visited their well laid out site, the vehicle was valeted and prepared with a full service carried out by their own workshop. We were looked after by MARK ATKINS. He was knowledgeable, approachable and attentive to our requirements. At no time did we feel pressured. We undertook a full test drive and were then given time to inspect the vehicle to our satisfaction. We agreed we would like to purchase. The trade in offered on our current vehicle was fair and we opted to upgrade the included 12 month guarantee to 3 years.
We had travelled quite a distance so needed to complete the same day – and “top marks to Mark” in undertaking the required paperwork in good time – including transfer of our personal number plate.

I recently set about updating my nine year old Ford CMax. My interest rested on an MG ZS saloon offered for sale at Norwich. Upon visiting the Company I was freely invited to road test the vehicle and with the help of salesman Steve Allen I had struck a reasonable deal within the next hour. Upon collecting the vehicle one week later Steve was most helpful especially with the various clerical matters surrounding the switch including the transfer of my cherished registration plate. I would certainly consider future business with both Steve and the Company.

I decided to change my Honda Jazz which I had had for nine years and I saw a newer Jazz advertised with Richard Nash and went to see it. Mark Atkins was very helpful and sorted out the paperwork online with DVLA and I received the tax refund within a week and the new V5 within a fortnight. I am enjoying my new Jazz and still learning how to use the new features. Many thanks Mark.

I had a slight issue with a car that was purchased from Richard nash of which needed to be rectified. I can't recommend richard nash High enough, in particular John Kershaw, who worked tirelessly to resolve the matter. As a family owned business and not a main dealer, each customer seems to be treated on a more personal level. I would definitely recommend and purchase a car from them again.

Browsing garages to see what we could replace our 20yr old Focus with. Started with Richard Nash and ended up buying a younger version of the same car with lots of modern technology to get to grips with.(not quite there yet) Salesmen very friendly and helpful. We did not have to do any paperwork ourselves Mark did everything for us online explaining as he went and all we did was pay for it when we picked it up so thank you Mark. We would recommend this company.
