The service I received at Richard Nash was superb.
From the first phone call made to set up an appointment to view the car to the eventual collection of the vehicle, I was treated with respect and courtesy. Mark was helpful and easy to talk to. Since it had been ten years since I had changed my car and as an older woman on my own, I was apprehensive. But, despite being short staffed due to illness, he put me at ease, took his time and gave advice with no hard selling. His colleagues were equally friendly and professional when they had to organise the handover in Mark's absence, due to his ill health. The car was as advertised and was prepared as agreed and the documentation explained clearly and efficiently. I have since recommended them, without hesitation, to several friends.

Used Richard Nash group before so when I saw the vehicle I wanted didn’t hesitate mark Atkinson showed me around the car and covered everything about taxing it changing the number plate and how to register it every thing was completed by the day I collected it

I purchased a car from Richard Nash helped by the excellent Steve Allen .Whatever car we wanted to look in he unlocked then walked away whilst we spent all the time undisturbed we needed. On deciding on our car he carefully talked us through all the details of the car and how to purchased .Having plied us with coffee he then got a very fair price for our px .We arranged a day to pick up the car arriving to find Steve just bringing it round polished and gleaming .After yet more coffee we made the purchase. Steve then walked out with us drove our new car to the excit talked me through all the driving details of the car and off we went .We are already recommending Richard Nash to friends and family We found you on your excellent Web site .Mr Steve Allen was superb (he deserves a pay rise )!!

Phoned after seeing a car we liked for my wife and spoke with Luke, he confirmed the car was still available and we arranged a visit that day. On meeting Luke seeing the car and subsequent test drive and after the discussion of the benefits of buying from Richard Nash cars the next day we agreed to purchase the car. The whole experience was friendly and professional, also had a follow up call from Luke after a couple of days to ensure we were completely satisfied with the car. In all a great experience.

We were sold a car with unsafe breaks that were worn down to the metal ! NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE.
Had to leave car at Halfords (King’s Lynn) as it was unsafe to drive. Richard Nash did pay for the repairs.
We feel let down by what seemed to be a friendly and trustworthy staff.

I bought a nearly new car from Richard Nash cars recently. I’ve bought cars and had them serviced by Richard Nash over 15 years and the experience has always been good.
On this occasion I dealt with Luke at the Vulcan Road branch and he was a pleasure to deal with and talk too. Nothing was too much trouble and he was very keen to make sure I had all the information and time I needed to make my decision. The experience was outstanding.

Spoke with Jim initially and Luke supported the process of purchasing my car.
All dealt with over the phone and trusted their online and telephone breakdown of the car spec and was confident in them to make the purchase without seeing or test driving the car.
