I bought a car from Richard Nash a couple of weeks ago and had a great experience from viewing the car to purchasing! Mark W was helpful and professional. I was very hesitant buying a new car but so pleased I did! I would definitely recommend Richard Nash !

Purchased a 67 plate Ford Fiesta Titanium from the Mousehold lane branch,
Whilst viewing this car I was greeted by Mark Atkins,
His approach to me was very professional and very pleasant with no sign of pressure buying,
He couldn’t do enough to to make my visit more welcoming and that alone I hold in high regard,
After a week of taking delivery of my Fiesta I had a screen water bottle issue (blocked Filter) I phoned the after sales team on Vulcan Road and without any hesitation they sorted that small issue out,
This is the first time I’ve purchased a car from Richard Nash and it won’t be the last,
Well done Guy’s you deserve 10 stars if that was possible.

Incredible service from Steve from selling my car and getting my new one. Whole process only took a few days and Steve was helpful the whole way through from quick response over email or returning a phone call. I cannot fault anything, the new car is amazing inside and out. A well deserved five stars for a team that know their trade. Thank you.

Bought a car off these guys a few weeks ago, really happy with the car itself and the service I received. The salesman Steve was very nice, professional and came to pick me up from the train station as I wasn't part ex.

On the the phone prior to the purchase I also spoke with the sales manager a few times who was equally a pleasure to deal with and he came and introduced himself when I arrived at the showroom.

The car was in outstanding condition, very clean, all documents accounted for, no hidden dramas.

Overall the experience was fantastic and would definitely recommend these guys to anyone.

I just wanted to give an extra special review to Olly. We bought a new car and found a mark on the interior. He did such an excellent job getting it out with a lovely smile! There were some little tiny things that I asked to be fixed too and Olly did them straight away for me and was so helpful! He checked we were happy and asked if there was any thing else he could do for us. He was above and beyond. Truly amazing service!

Can’t begin to say how easy this company made the car buying experience. We were trading in my fathers old car against a new one. They were open and honest about values and explained everything each step of the way.
We dealt with Mark, he was brilliant whilst dealing with my parents, made them feel relaxed and comfortable after a bad journey into the city and the worry about being late for the appointment. So patient, and nothing was too much trouble (even followed up the sale with a complimentary phone call to check they were happy and ok a few days after!) A real credit to the business.
I would be more than happy to recommend and use this company for any future purchases.

I can highly recommend Richard Nash. Luke was great, professional and friendly. In fact the whole team at Vulcan Road are great. We were not sure what car we wanted, the sale team led by John couldn’t have been more helpful, encouraging us to test drive as many different models and makes as we needed to. We are extremely happy with our final choice . Luke ring after a few days to make sure we are happy.

Excellent range of cars at reasonable prices. The Sales person, Michael Atkins, was very personable. I was in the market for an estate car. There were 4 four on show and he was very patient while I made my choice. I did not feel pressured to buy at any time . The car I chose, came with form inflation kits in case you get a puncture. Having had a bad experience with such a kit in the past, Michael went out of his way to help me but a spare wheel that fitted my car.

Recently bought a car from Richard Nash Cars. They had a great selection of cars to suit most budgets.
Once I had made my selection Salesperson Luke was brilliant. Explained all options clearly and wasn’t at all pushy.

From start to finish we had a great experience buying our Ford Kuga from Richard Nash in Norwich. Les looked after us, and made buying our new car so easy. All the paperwork was done for us, change of owner and car tax rebate.

In this day and age it's nice to find people like Mark and Jim who are friendly and knowledgeable on the subject of used cars.
They put you at ease straight away and go through everything you need to know and do regarding all the paperwork,and taxing the new car for you taking the strain of it for you and closing the old vehicle down and and setting up getting your car tax back,
It was a pleasant experience dealing with both of them, and having a little problem two days after delivery which was sorted out swiftly.
