TV purchase
Delivered within 5 day window with good communications on progress of the order. On day messaged to confirm. a 3 hour window and a call 20 mins before arrived. Rob and Mark delivered my TV today and were very friendly, polite and respectful. The delivery was made with care with no damage to the box. They were very knowledgeable and gave some tips on setting up the TV. Would recommend and use again.

Good customer service
Rob and Paul were very professional, brought my TV to the house very carefully, and went through everything with me. Highly recommend Richer Sounds. Used to use them years ago but then got married, got a mortgage, etc. Now I've got a bit of money, I'm back with them.

Rob and Paul delivered my new TV this afternoon and kept me up to date with the time they would arrive. All went really well and I appreciated their kindness and consideration.
