Richer Sounds - Exeter Reviews 

Had asked to be able to audition two turntables which I had shortlisted , with the advice of staff at Exeter over the phone. On arrival I was taken to the dem. room where the turntables had been set up using the same Cambridge 81 amp that I have at home and speakers similar to my Monitor Audio floor standers.
I was given a selection of vinyl to play and offered a cup of coffee. After an hour or so, with occasional help from Lloyd and Mark, I had reached a decision and went home with a new turntable.

It was a refreshing change not to get pressured by staff desperate to make a sale, the staff knew their product inside out and passed on the knowledge in a way the layman could digest and comprehend. After which we were allowed to take our time to make a decision without anyone hovering over us. An added bonus was the 6 year warranty that meant you weren't pressured into taking out a expensive after care package.

I was given really detailed guidance and support as I was choosing a new television. Steve was very patient as I was being particularly indecisive about both the size and brand of television I was after. The equipment I received from ritchersounds was great , a pair of wharfedale evo 5.2 speaker stands, but the delivery by DPD was terrible. I waited in and also gave instructions to deliver to my neighbour if I wasn’t in. The delivery was left outside the packaging was ripped and tatty. Leaving costly items outside in public is extremely irresponsible.

After I realised the original TV I purchased was too small, (my mistake), Mark at Exeter made it very easy to replace my TV with an upgrade at a great price. Honestly couldn't be happier with my purchase, will definitely be back. 10/10, again, shoutout to Mark and Lloyd👌

Placed an order at 15:30 day 1 , paid £20 for next day delivery (good value) and I was watching by 15:30 day 2. Very good Richer Sounds service and excellent from the couriers they use AND I Live in Cornwall. The price was excellent and the soundbar was added as well for zero cost. Samsung tv and soundbar and both are excellent. Will definitely use again.

First is the fact you have a parking space, as we come to you by car.
Secondly, the staff was very helpful in explaining what would be best for me.
Price wise, I have no idea if I could get it cheaper, but I'm very satisfied with what I bought.
