Very helpful and knowledgeable

I was looking to trade in two Eversolo streamers and convert them into the flagship T10 and Z10 pairing. Not a problem for Nick at the Exeter store. Our email and phone communication quickly resulted in an acceptable deal and my new Eversolo gear was winging its way in my direction.
You always feel more than just a sale to the Exeter team and I’m more than happy to do my small part in keeping a physical store viable.

I had an issue with my turntable. Having spent a lot of money in April I was bitterly disappointed that there was a some sort of grounding fault which was causing a noticeable buzz down my headphones. Nick spent so much time with me looking at options to improve the fault. Eventually he advised me to replace the faulty turntable with a different model that had similar reviews to the one I had. The new turntable was more expensive but Nick was able to bring the price into an agreeable and acceptable range for me. I’m absolutely delighted with my new turntable and with the service that Nick gave me, despite being under immense pressure from his colleagues and management team.

Not having shopped in richer sounds for a number of years, having last visited their store in Reading some 20 years ago or more.
I was very pleased to find that the staff, were even better than back then, especially Mark at the Exeter branch who was extremely polite and helpful and knew the products very well.

Steve managed to fit us in for a demo same day (a must experience) and couldn't have been more helpful/not pushy. Compared different speakers for our needs, explained the entire set up, helped us learn equipment set up and wasnt condescending at all from our very obvious lack of knowledge! These guys know there stuff! I’ve been a long time customer of them and would not go anywhere else. Their experience is second to none and super friendly too. They won’t try and push you into the most expensive equipment, they give you proper advice based on your needs. Always great service

I thought that Lloyd was very straight forward, and he listened to what I was looking for, and I have ended up with exactly the right system. Being a novice on latest developments, I relied on him to help me understand what was now available.

First class service, staff friendly and helpful. My husband and Myself wanted to buy 2 new speakers for our Tecnics hi-fi . The speakers we liked were Wharf Dale, the staff member we dealt with said we could try the speakers whilst in store, as they have a soundproof room. He carried the Hi-fi in from our car & set up the speakers for us, & put one of their Cd's in Cd player to check that the speakers worked. Sound quality was very good, so we brought the speakers. Then the staff member helped carry everything back out to the car for us. We are really pleased with our purchase. We would definitely recommend Richer Sounds.

The staff at Richer Sounds in Exeter are excellent. They made me feel very welcome no were happy to discuss the best solution for a TV and bracket. I always got the feeling that they were listening to me, and understood my requirements for a reasonably priced TV. Indeed, we settled on a ‘open-box’ TV at a discounted price.
