Richer Sounds - Exeter Reviews 

Deputy Manager, Steve, listened to my problems re 8 year old Humax and confirmed my belief it was beyond recovery. Options were discussed resulting in him ordering new Humax Azur for next day delivery at no cost to me. He even enrolled me as VIP customer.

The new Humax was delivered as promised. Outlook was not good when it did not hook onto wifi but I overcame this with ethernet extenders.

There was then a problem setting it up which was solved when I discovered the ability to up date the soft ware. Humax need to highlight this as a priority.

Fortunately , the device now operates both with freely and apps as well as allowing ability to record via aerial.

My wife is now happy!

really helpful staff who listened carefully to my requests and needs. i was very nervous about going into quite a “male” space as a woman with no clue what they were really talking about but the staff were helpful and didn’t make me feel stupid at all. i got a great set up at a good price. delivery was organised for me and arrived the next day, which was way quicker than i expected. brilliant products that i know i can trust, and an amazing warranty. thank you for your help!

Staff at the exeter store were, as always friendly, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Compfortable no sales pressure atmosphere in the store.

We turned up not really knowing what we wanted and Steve was able to help us navigate the variety of choice available to us to come to a nice choice of system. Good experince.

I had an idea of what i wanted and after a long chat with Pete I made my choice....speakers and amp delivered. Speakers run in and all is fabulous.

Wonderful customer service. It began with a telephone call to ask about parking as bringing 98 year old with us and didn’t want her to walk too far. Very pleased to hear about on site parking. The service in store was very professional, no hard sell and genuine interest in helping us decide. On collection day we arrived before opening time but we were invited in regardless, happy helpful staff. The TV was carried to the car for us too. Email contact was excellent and an altogether very easy and joined up experience.

I've been using Richer sounds since 2002 when we bought a new hifi system for a new house. I've been back many times, most recently for a replacement turntable for the one that, sadly, died after 43 years of use! Thanks, Richer Sounds, for all the help and advice!

We knew we wanted a particular Tv; it was available at John Lewis with 5year guarantee & at Richer Sounds with a 6year guarantee so we chose the latter.
We paid £10 extra for next day delivery. Delivery was well organised with good communication & the Tv was taken up to the first floor living room without any quibble.
Our son set up the Tv for us, although this is a service, paying, offered by Richer Sounds. We decided that the sound bar we’d ordered was not necessary so took it back to the shop, immediately refunded, pleasant service.
