Richer Sounds - London Bridge Reviews 

I arranged a demo at Richer Sounds to compare how various CD systems I had read about actually sound before buying. They had the units that interested me. I was able to discuss with the Sales Adviser the differences I perceived and compare them with his thoughts. He then brought in a CD player that I was unaware of, after comparison this is the unit I confidently bought. This is exactly the experience and end result I value from knowledgeable staff in real shops like Richer Sounds.

Even though there was a problem with the product RS did their very best to solve it.

Richer sounds has very good electronics and services, Although like other retailers their products arrives incomplete, As you know I ordered one of their latest sound bars (Samsung products)But unfortunately it arrived without a HDMI cable, The matter is still waiting to be resolved by a technician, 5/9/26 I will get back to you ASAP, Any technical issues I will let you know for assistance, Thank you for your products and technical support team,

A friendly and knowledgeable staff who were interested in my purchase and wanted to understand why I purchased it and what I needed it for. Discussing their own experience- the product is excellent.

Friendly and helpful staff. Had to wait a while as other staff were sorting boxes in the listening room. Once they were gone, staff took down from display and set up the two amplifiers that I wanted to compare. The staff were very knowledgeable about the amps (although they preferred the Arcam 5). I was given a soft drink and they left me to listen to the cds I brought with me. Not rushed, probably there for an hour altogether.
I chose the Audiolab 6000 amp, was given a good price and it was delivered two days later. All good.

All good. I had great service. I picked up the item I wanted and it works brilliantly. I'm super happy with it. I like Richer Sounds and made the effort to come to the shop rather than getting the same product on Amazon despite the slight extra expense and inconvenience.
One slight thing is that I saw on the leaflet that I got that you offer £10 off the first in store/online purchase and I think this was my first but I wasn't aware off the £10 and now I suppose it's too late

Amazing service and top class technical support. I had AA couple of minor out of the box issues and Robin was superb in resolving these quickly and efficiently
