Problem solved!
The original product I ordered turned out to be faulty but there was no hesitation in taking it back. I then decided I wasn't happy with the quality of it and asked if it was possible to go for a different product instead. Again there was no hesitation in agreeing to this and the new item arrived very shortly afterwards, which is working perfectly!

Superb customer service from Terry
Superb customer service from Terry. New Technics turntable developed a fault and he sent me a replacement which arrived the following day, no questions asked. Also refunded the difference on another retailers lower price, after I’d bought it. Absolutely fantastic from Richer Sounds

Good service, helpful
Used demo room to compare products.
Bought an amplifier but it would not work. phoned shop, a replacement was sent and the original collected. All working fine now, minimal hassle to replace faulty product.
