A great experience with Malek in the London Bridge Store.
I have purchased from Richer Sounds a few times, but this was the first time I visited one of the stores.
I had planned on purchasing an EVO150 SE, but was not sure about getting speakers for it at this time.
I had the EVO 150 confused with the cheaper EVO one.
Malik sorted out my confusion and set up the experience room for me to try the EVO 150combined with a pair of DALI Oberon 5's.
I was very impressed, but being concerned about the ability to use wireless headphones with the system, Malik organised a demo of this feature. It is important as this system is for the living room and sometimes I want to listen to music while my wife is watching TV.

Very good about accepting return of disappointing item
I bought some earbuds, performance of which was disappointing ( developing a terminal fault within 12 months of purchase). Staff were very understanding, interested to learn more and friendly in processing my refund credit.

Richer Sounds Experience
Went to get something at London Bridge Store and experience was awful…The guy at the store was so rude and unhelpful…I am I VIP customer and I always shop at this Branch I mean it was terrible experience i would not recommend it at all and also I don’t think I will buy anything from this company again…also not to forget my product hade a scratch when I opened but I choose not to return it…anyway very disappointed…

Indeed the colleague involved is a very long-standing one with a pretty unblemished record of service, which it makes it all the more surprising to read your feedback. That said, we take all feedback seriously and I have discussed with the whole team the importance of tuning in to each and every situation as best as possible.
Regarding the scratched bracket, following our direct contact via e-mail I understood you had agreed to send some images over of the issue but to date I’m afraid haven’t received them? If you are still happy to share the images, we’d be more than willing to look into this further and see what can be done. Hopefully you can see from the 98% of overwhelmingly positive reviews on Trustpilot, and from your regular past experiences, that these problems are rare but I'm sorry that things went wrong for you here.

Sonos Bracket
Went to buy bracket for Sonos Bar Gen 2 and HDMI cable with it…it was terrible experience the guy at London Bridge Store was rude and arrogant it was not helpful at all…I am a ViP customer and I always shop at RS but this is the first time I experienced something like this so this completely change my view…I would never buy anything from RS and I would not recommend it either and not too forget my Bracket was scratched too…so yeah will shop elsewhere from now on…avoid it if you can…

Shop assistant Alex gave expert, easy-to-understand advice on exactly what product I need and even offered to set it up for free. By contrast the shop assistant in John Lewis clearly didn't know his tec gear.

Always my first port of call when it comes to buying audiovisual tech, and always a first class service. Over the years I’ve spent tens of thousands with them and will continue to do so.
