Had a complicated request which staff dealt. With and were patient with me as I struggled to understand the details. Then when I got everything home they still dealt with my confusion and sorted it out - used them for years - best place for any audio

Had some issues and misunderstandings re: delivery, compounded by very poor communication and misleading information from the delivery company. Effectively looked as though there was the option to deliver from Wednesday onwards; most people, with every other courier, would assume the earliest slot/day would apply. Not in this case; if you don’t choose, they’ll choose for you, which could be days later.

Was followed up by the store after contacting CS. Was offered a gesture by way of apology - which was appreciated… or would have been, if it was ever received.

Always used RS as my first choice, but this wasn't great. Could have gone elsewhere (the origin for the price match) who would have delivered the same product faster and without ambiguity.

UPDATE:
Richer Sounds actively responded, and ensured the gesture previously offered was fulfilled. This better aligns with the high standard of customer service I've become accustomed to with Richer Sounds, and is appreciated.

Always 1st class service and everyone is brilliant. Always good honest advice. Highly recommend!

Needed to replace a pair of aging Tannoy speakers.
I had a shortlist of three models and the sales agent asked about my music collection and my hi-fi setup.
He was very helpful going through the pros and cons of each model before making a recommendation.
I purchased the Q Acoustics 3020C speakers based on his recommendation. They were delivered when they were promised and I am really pleased with them. The service and advice from Richer Sounds is always superb whenever I phone or walk into the Guildford store.

I made a judgment arrow regarding size and weight of the package when ordering TV direct to your branch. Too big for me to handle. Andre the field sales manager at your Swiss cottage branch solved the problem immediately in very nice and calm manner. By cancelling my initial order and making a new one delivered to my home. Arrived in perfect condition. 10 out of 10. My first buy at Richersounds and definitely not the last.

I bought a TV wall bracket from Richer Sounds at a much lower price than it was being sold at other outlets including Amazon. Customer service was excellent too. Highly recommend.

I called Richer Sounds' telesales line to ask about a product that wasn't available for online purchase. I spoke with Ollie in the Swiss Cottage branch who was incredibly helpful and a pleasure to speak with. Ollie patiently looked into the product and then was able to ensure that I received the best value for money possible on the purchase. The entire process from initial call to receipt of the product was straight-forward, clearly communicated, and professional.

The service was absolutely outstanding. The knowledge of the sales staff was beyond anything I’ve experienced and their patience with us, as complete novices to the technology and product offerings, was incredible.

The whole experience was very positive. Oli and Philip were very knowledgeable and helpful and the demo of the Cambridge Audio CXN 100 was totally un pressurised. And unbiased. They listened to what I was looking for and this formed the basis of our interaction.

As a novice to the 'Sonos idea' I spoke to Filip the store manager. He was very knowledgable, and above all I felt reassured that he was genuinely giving me good advice and not trying to sell me all and sundry! I agreed my purchase and without any holding deposit, a week later I popped into the store. My items were ready for collection and Filip re-assured me that the prices were competitive, taking into account the special offers. This experience was very much different to the one I had at another store, where they lacked politeness, and knowledge of the items they were selling, and had to walk away! Filip, from the onset had the right attitude, manners and experience which any buyer would look for when purchasing expensive equipment. Filip, earned his five stars!
