Absolutely shocking!!! Avoid like Covid-19
Items never arrived and they do not answer the phone or respond to e mails. I would strongly recommend you do not purchase anything from these rogues.
Interestingly the money they robbed from me was from a company called Walton Industries in Bromsgrove - registered as a Men and Women's clothing Store!!!
I think it's time to contact trading standards....

1 star rating ordered rope and fixtures on the 2nd of April. I still have received nothing. I have emailed many times and of course called many times with no response. I appreciate there has been a pandemic but I would at least like my money back or to receive the items. Unfortunately I don’t live close enough to visit.

Disgraced at this company, they take your money and you will never receive the goods. Copy and pasted replies with false hope of ever receiving anything from them! No answer through phone, they ignore emails, Instagram and Facebook messages. The odd reply we have had is just a copy pasted message fully in capitals very rude and not at all professional

Avoid like the plague they will just steal your money. These people are just con artists. The quality of their poorly cast fittings which look as though they were made by schoolchildren is only surpassed by their customer service. I expect they will just change their name and keep trading as before. So many better people to buy from even if you have to spend a bit more. Beware the fittings are so poorly made they are dangerous

I was stupid enough to order twice from them! Got my money back the first time as assumed they just ran out of stock! and then re-orderd again Emails and calls made but no response so now having to go through PayPal for refund again!!! Please do not order from them and especially twice!!!!!!!!

i shall keep this short do not buy from this company i ordered my fittings in may and still waiting they dont answer the phone and dont reply to emails my next step is the small claims court. AVOID

We ordered some rope fittings for our decking and paid for next day special delivery. They didn't arrive! Tried calling and emailing and like everyone else no one answers. As I live close I decided to drive over and found a unit with 4 guys working really hard trying to get things sorted while the owner is recovering from Covid. They sorted my order out there and then and I could see that they were doing their best under extremely hard circumstances. Hold tight everyone I'm sure they'll get you sorted eventually.

Only giving it 1 star to write this. There an absolute joke don't reply to emails don't answer phone these people are also pro5 worldwide who I never received goods from claimed money through Amazon and now claiming through PayPal utter joke. I put an order with timko ropes and got it next day that's service.

I ordered decking plates and decking rope from this company on the 16th April 2020 and still haven’t received the goods. I have phoned and e mailed Ride the Waves and never received a response. I wrote to cancel after 4 weeks and didn’t get a reply. Like all the other reviews I wouldn’t recommend this company and would not order any goods.

As like all the genuine customer reviews, no goods delivered. Ordered 6 weeks ago told 5 days for delivery by email. After 2 weeks noticed their website now had a message saying 3 week delays on rope due to covid. That time has now passed and can’t contact them. No one answers the phone and no reply to email. You would have more chance to get a camels arrse through the eye of an needle than getting through to this crowd.
My advice don’t order from this outfit, doesn’t matter how cheap it looks if you don’t get the item.

Ordered a 98l sprayer from this company through Amazon Marketplace. They sent a used 50l sprayer that had been returned by another customer as incomplete!! They even include the other customer details and reason for return in the box.

I contacted them via e-mail and they have not responded. Telephone calls are just not answered.

I have reported them to Amazon.

As with the previous comment from mr Smyth mine is exactly the same ordered 24/04/20 got confirmation email rope arrived two weeks later but no fittings tried probably 30 times by phone numerous emails no reply this company should not be allowed to trade they are like so many people have already put absolute crooks tried to get a refund on the fittings through our bank took out a dispute but nothing yet why are they allowed to do this to honest customers stay well clear people shop somewhere else for rope and fittings can’t give zero star so be warned

Should be zero stars!! Absolute joke of a business. Ordered rope and fittings on 20th April and at the time NOWHERE on their website or on confirmation email was there any mention of delays due to COVID-19, in fact I got an email just after payment to say the goods would be with me within 3-5 days. I allowed 10 days before trying to contact by phone and email numerous times but they simply ignore all forms of contact. I finally got the Rope after 2 weeks with a letter to say there were delays and a mobile number for the Warehouse Manager - guess what, no answer!! 8 weeks later and still no further on. I see they have now updated their website to say there are delivery delays, it's just a pity they don't take the time to let their customers know. Obviously they just want to take the money and run, absolute gangsters! STAY CLEAR

unfortunately my story is like so many others,

I ordered items 4 weeks ago, rope and fittings,
I placed the order on my mobile phone and no where through the ordering process did I see a note saying that rope fittings will be delayed for 3 weeks due to the coronavirus. if I had seen that I would have ordered the items elsewhere! I only seen this when I looked at me email confirmation the following day!
I have emailed in excess of 10 times and I have not had a single response, I have sent messages through the website and no response! I have tried calling so many times, it just rings out!
I even googled the address and called a company next door to them, they did say the company are still trading and they are there.
I will now have to go through the process of trying to contact my credit card company to get the money back! a hassle I could do without!
and worst of all, I am going to have to try and explain to my wife that a job I promised I would do weeks ago, is still not done! and not sure when it will be done!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! My money has been taken and no goods to show for it. They do not answer the phone or email when chasing. Please people stay well clear!!

Wish I had read reviews before ordering!! My story is too long to type and bore everyone with but lets just say i have no items and im £90 down and have had to launch a complaint via paypal to try and get my money back. I appreciate covid is causing massive problems but their non existant customer service and the fact that they are still happy to take peoples money with no stock/staff is shocking. Dont order from them unless you want endless hassle!!!!

Ordered rope fittings and paid for next working day delivery by courier, we are now on the 3rd working day and still not arrived, I may appear a little impatient but why allow the option to pay for courier if they can't deliver. No response to emails and no one answers the phone, would not recommend anyone use this company, their customer service is non existent

Ordered rope fittings on 27th March 2020 still not had them even though they have put now put on their website a week delay on orders due to covid19. Took my money straight away, tried emailing and phoned with no response. I know we are going through difficult times and a delay is inevitable, but this company are kicking people when they are down just trying to get through this by doing projects to keep them busy. A joke of a company that should be ashamed of themselves, 0/5 stars.

Pay pal just sent confirmation of full refund,this so called supplier did not reply to any correspondence .steer well clear of ride the waves

So like many others, they have only sent part of my order. We have tried contacting you multiple times, even the phone was engaged a few time, but they wont answer. They seem to be taking as many orders as possible whether they can for-fill them or not, another company using COVID-19 has an excuses for no customer service. These company's always find someone to cash cheques.

My advice would be, don't trust they have what is advertised on the website
