Really pleased with my purchase. Delivery was free and it took a few days. Would have liked an update letting me know that the order had been dispatched but that certainly would not stop me from using Ridgways Shoes again in the future.

Thank you to Ridgeways, you were brilliant today. I arrived with 3 children in tow for the dreaded "new school shoes" fitting, only to find that we had to wait a mere 15 minutes before being seen. Fantastic, when I was expecting that it would be longer and far more stressful than that! We were given ample time for 3x fittings, and trying on of shoes, and I felt very confident in the purchases that we made. Thank you so much for a your patience, and for such a positive experience. We will be back!
