Right Legal

Right Legal? More like Wrong Legal.
To sum them up... They are as useless as a snooze button on a smoke alarm! Rude, no manners, poor communication and almost collapsed the chain on the sale numerous times, they need reporting to the Legal Ombudsman.

A simple cash sale took 6 months! They take your non refundable deposit and do nothing... and I mean ab-sol-ut-ely nothing. You as the client have to do all the work for them or they let the sale sink.

If you think getting past your doctors receptionist is hard work, wait until you give the assistant a call. Can only be described as a wet match in a dark cave, never passes on any messages, and gets a kick out of slamming the phone down on you.

The stress and suffering this company caused to all parties involved is in excusable. The buyer, seller, estate agents, and solicitors were all chasing daily. If you were really lucky, you were told another excuse or delay tactic. I'd rather staple my tongue to a moving train than hear the name "Mr Aziz" ever again!

Trust this review and just set fire to your money its far less painful.

Nightmarish experience!!!

At first they acted professionally, but it was all a masquerade!!! what should have been a low-effort quick sale, ended up being a 5 month nightmare! had to literally do most of the job for them, contacting the estate agent all the time to get help from them, as they would delay the sale, leave the service pack unpaid etc etc. I had to deal with them day by day asking what was going on, otherwise they'd let the sale sleep. As time went by, I had to cover un-related costs of mortgage, tax council, expenses etc that I WILL NEVER SEE BACK (useless to complain as they never respond!!!!). They may be cheap, but come with a super expensive hidden costs tag! Should have paid the bit-more expensive solicitor estate agent suggested initially, lesson learned in blood.........AVOID at all costs.

Exceptional Service and Transparency: Right Legal Solicitors Exceeded Expectations!

I engaged the services of Right Legal Solicitors to acquire a portion of my neighbour’s garden. Their exceptional commitment stood out as they not only kept me consistently updated throughout the entire process but also offered valuable guidance on conducting a survey, ensuring its compliance with land registration standards, thereby pre-empting potential issues. Despite my frequent basic inquiries, Ash patiently walked me through the legal proceedings, outlining each step and providing realistic timelines while specifying the underlying conditions. Despite the seller's persistent pressure for rapid closure, my solicitor adhered strictly to the necessary protocols, safeguarding me from any future complications. He meticulously scrutinized the reports and raised pertinent challenges with the seller's solicitor on multiple occasions.
Ensuring precise wording in the undertakings became a repeated request. Moreover, conflicting boundary plans, one from myself and an alternative from the seller's solicitor, were scrutinized, leading to the approval of the accurate plan for my use. Additionally, securing indemnity insurance for an existing restricted covenant became imperative, although it was initially omitted and only provided after insistence.
I was kept well-informed about these intricate details as my solicitor consistently included me in every correspondence with the seller's solicitor, providing me with a clear understanding of our progress compared to the seller's position. The fee structure was transparent from the outset. Would I engage their services again? Absolutely! The process is not as simple as it sounds.

I had to fire this incompetent solicitor in order to sell my flat

I totally regretted appointing RightLegal as my conveyancing solicitor for the sale of my flat last year (2022) and had to fire them due to the ridiculous delays, excuses and stupid lies that I was told by them. There was no chain involved and after six months I had to find an honest lawyer, who then had to redo a lot of the work that Arshad Aziz claimed that he had done.

Unreliable, scam, avoid

The sale of my property is about to fall through due to this company. They're representing the buyer of my property, and are impossible to contact. Both my own solicitors, estate agent, and the buyer find it impossible to contact them. It's been nearly three months since my solicitors sent them the draft contract, and they've made absolutely no progress since. Avoid at all costs.
