it’s really hard to make decent money on these deliveries when gas is a factor, oil changes, new tires, and the wear and tear on my vehicle. I am grateful that I can make any money at all, but I don’t... See more

Excellent company
Excellent company. Many jobs to choose from. I have been an employee of Roadie for 3 years. No other delivery company is better!

The nerve of asking for my opinion when you just lowered pay again is incredible. You people are sub-human filth.
It's simple
It's simple. Notice that I practically don't receive any job opportunities because I don't have the bot on my app or on my phone. So this Rodie app favors drivers who have fake accounts and who have the bot... so it's very difficult to work with this app. It's not reliable.
They are not enough Routes
They are not enough Routes, it seems like for the amount of drivers you have. I don't vary many our opportunities in my area. And your cross dock for your blocks is little too far away for me to go down there every single day. You're not paying me enough anyway. I'm going to have to explore other avenues. There's just not enough work for the amount of drivers that you have.

Hello there…I would just like better pay per mile and a fixed work schedule; otherwise, I appreciate the opportunity to work with Roade.
Job satisfaction
Enjoy the process of working with the business to business transfers. Also, I appreciate the ability to work where ever I am at.
We need a living wage
I've wasted thousands of miles on my vehicle and thousands of miles of my time and fuel not getting compensated. I've gotten selected for deliveries, drove to the location just to find out that someone else has picked up the order. This happened many times without getting compensated. On other countless occasions I saw an avaliable delivery, drove to the location, waited for 5-15 minutes and then the application selected someone else that is not at the location I've been waiting at for 5-15 minutes. I waste roughly 30-40 miles per day on average because of this without compensation. Roadie over saturated the market with drivers in my region. Roadie base pay has lessened since I've started. What company docks pay instead of giving raises and bonuses to the workers? That is unbelievable. The one good thing I can say is the convince factor of this type of work. Another issue is the support team when there is often an issue with the application or scanning barcodes on CVS store items. It's gotten a little better with support in that regard. But it has been awful in the past getting in touch with the support team. I mean hours and twice it took over 24 hours. Meaning I wasted maybe 100s of hours waiting on support while being stuck on the app not being able to make any money with deliveries. Without compensation. Fix the low payout to much higher payouts and keep working on the support, keep working on the app issues and this gig will be alright.

The app is easy to use jobs always coming up throughout the day no complaints extremely satisfied how easy the Roadie app is to use.

When im making an offer or at a location to make a pickup, if there's another delivery there, I should get it. I've experienced multiple occasions when it was given to another driver

Flex driver for Roadie - honest review
I like the flexibility for work. I am disabled and unable to work full time due to health problems. That makes this the perfect job for me. However, there are many issues I encounter with this app on a regular basis. If you have a problem and need to contact customer service, it’s a nightmare. Very long hold times, not much help if any, call center is outsourced to another country, they have limited understanding and more limited ability to fix problems. Gigs are sometimes posted with incorrect size and weight making it difficult to sometimes fit in car. I have had several gigs that I did not get paid for. If you try to reach someone to fix problems, it doesn’t get fixed. I have been working for Roadie for several years, do a good job, customers like me, and then all the sudden Roadie denies me for every gig I apply for. This will continue for weeks, then all the sudden I go back to getting gigs. No explanation whatsoever. It’s all very frustrating. I like the work I do. I like my customers, CVS, Home Depot, Best Buy, etc., but Roadie as a company is very frustrating.
Fairs are to low

Work is ok , but It's impossible try to get offers vs people who use apps to pull the best offers
Roadie life
The other day I took an order from U-Haul. It was a large order with over 100 boxes and the shipping charge was 89.99. Of this amount I received 81.86 which is a very good ratio. The gig when it originally published was 33. I didn’t get the order until after eight pm that evening. The delivery was not completed until after nine. The whole scenario could have been much better for the customer had the amount that I was paid was posted originally. Instead it was accepted and dropped multiple times during the day before I ended my night on a good trip. Patience is the name of the game with roadie. Make them wait because the amounts will go up to better paying rates. Eventually with enough practice roadie will have no choice but to set orders to better paying amounts to ensure proper and prompt delivery. Also a tipping platform should be available to the customer as many have stated that it’s very difficult to leave a tip through the app.
I would like them to pay better
I would like them to pay better; sometimes they give you 5 trips and want to pay you less than $5 per trip.
Horrible delivery service
Horrible delivery service. A driver picked up the gig to deliver an item I ordered from Best Buy, and then decided to never actually do the order. I tried to contact customer support to try and get this figured out and I was unable to talk to someone after 20min of waiting.

The pay rate is fair and comes with health insurance as well, but I don’t like the way to pick up order, it takes too much time to wait for whether I get the order or not .
Need quick pick up time at critics
