Unacceptable delay in restoring hot water.
Octopus notified Robert Heath that our Daiken heat pump had failed on Monday morning and that we had no hot water or heating. It took Robert Heath until Wednesday to obtain the part and a further day for the technician to arrive - 4 days without hot water (at least the weather was warm) is not acceptable. On the positive side everybody I spoke to and the technician who came were helpful and professional.

Arrived bang on time
Arrived bang on time. Worked and tested thoroughly and unhurriedly through everything in our sytem checking and resetting everything. He upgraded software etc until everything was working perfectly again.

We have had no luck trying to get Daikin to sort out our heat pump, twelve months later, these guys got involved, wow a completely superb service from the office staff to start then the service guy arrived we cannot fault his work deserves 5 stars on his own, sorted out three different call out problems in one visit, brilliant.

Last year they sent an engineer out on…
Last year they sent an engineer out on the arranged date and time and then a few days later told me my boiler service certificate wasn't valid because the engineer came to my address in error even though they came on the arranged date and time?! They said it had to be redone. This year they keep cancelling a pipe replacement appointment the evening before, after I already booked the day off to be at home for the following day.

Completely waste of time and energy.
A routine annual boiler service has left me with no hot water for 3 days. An engineer came out, walked in, showed no id. Flipped a few switches and said its fixed. 6 hours later still no hot water and waiting in someone else to come again.

Terrible service
Terrible service. Came to look at the leak in the cylinder. Couldn’t raise an invoice for two days and then couldn’t get the part for a further three days. Left us with no water for 10 days as engineer even stopped the cold water. After, all of that, left the cylinder outside as ‘didn’t want it in their van’. Appalling system and should not be representing Daikin.

The gentleman is very knowledgeable on my heating system. Checked the outside box before checking the boiler. Made some adjustments for me, checked the filters and got rid of the excess air in my system. Very pleased with service.
